Lucas and Luna meet in the backstage green-room of the business events circuit — the cavernous convention centers, the trade-show halls, the hotel ballrooms where brands spend millions to stand still and be seen. This show is the anti-sales-pitch: a forensic look at what actually makes an in-person brand activation work, drawing on hard numbers from CEMA and CEIR reports, post-event ROI audits from companies like Salesforce and HubSpot, and the logistics of booth placement, lead capture, and attendee psychology. Lucas, a journalist who has covered the events industry for a decade, and Luna, a former marketing director who has run booths at CES and SXSW, dissect the difference between a conference that generates pipeline and one that generates only T-shirts. They examine why Cisco redesigned its entire trade-show footprint around experience zones, how a small cybersecurity startup pulled 300 qualified leads from a 10×10 booth at Black Hat, and why the industry is slowly moving away from

Episode #206
The Silent Killer of Event ROI
Oct 4, 202612 minS5
Most companies treat post-event follow-up as a clerical chore, but that is where the real revenue lives. In this episode, we look at how Salesforce built its event empire not by dominating the trade show floor, but by mastering the ninety-six hour window after the handshake. We explore the specific mechanics of their 'warm handoff' protocol, why generic thank-you emails fail, and how one major software firm turned a disappointing conference into a record quarter using hyper-personalized, value-first outreach. If you are still sending bulk newsletters to leads collected at a booth, you are leaving money on the table. #EventMarketing #Salesforce #LeadGeneration #PostEventStrategy #B2BSales #ConferenceROI #FollowUpEmails #BrandActivation #SalesFunnel #CustomerJourney #TradeShows #BusinessGrowth #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #MarketingTips #SaaS #DigitalTransformation #Personalization Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

The Quiet Crisis of Event Data Fragmentation
Oct 3, 202611 minS5
We are dissecting why your event CRM is lying to you. Most marketing teams believe their post-event data is clean, but in reality, it is a fragmented mess of badge scans, app clicks, and paper business cards that never make it into the system. Today we look at the specific mechanics of how data silos kill personalization and what happens when you stop treating lead capture as a transactional exercise. We will break down the actual cost of bad data hygiene on conversion rates and offer a concrete framework for unifying attendee signals before the conference even starts. If you have ever wondered why your sales team complains about lead quality this is the episode for you. #EventMarketing #DataHygiene #CRMIntegration #LeadCapture #AttendeeExperience #SalesEnablement #MarketingOps #EventROI #DataFragmentation #PersonalizationAtScale #BadgeScanning #PostEventFollowUp #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #MarketingStrategy #CustomerJourney #EventTech #SalesAndMarketingAlignment Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

Oct 2, 20268 minS5
We talk about the economics of branded merchandise at trade shows and conferences. Most brands treat swag as a cost center, but we look at how specific items like high-quality notebooks or practical tools create lasting recall. We break down the difference between giveaway clutter and strategic brand touchpoints that drive real engagement long after the event ends. #EventMarketing #BrandActiviation #TradeShowTips #MerchandiseStrategy #B2BMarketing #ConferencePlanning #CustomerExperience #BrandRecall #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #MarketingEconomics #EventROI #SwagThatWorks #LeadGeneration #InPersonEvents #CorporateGifting #AudienceEngagement #SalesEnablement Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

How Event Micro-Copy Drives Attendee Behavior
Sep 30, 20268 minS5
We talk about the invisible architecture of trade show floors, but we rarely discuss the words on them. In this episode, Lucas and Luna dissect how micro-copy—the tiny labels on badges, the text on directional signs, and the phrasing in event apps—shapes attendee movement and engagement. We look at specific examples from major tech conferences to show how a single word change can increase booth dwell time by ten percent. This is not about big branding slogans; it is about the small linguistic choices that guide human behavior in crowded spaces. #EventMarketing #MicroCopy #TradeShowDesign #AttendeeExperience #UXWriting #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #MarketingStrategy #ConferencePlanning #BehavioralEconomics #CopywritingTips #InPersonEvents #BrandActivation #VisitorFlow #SignageDesign #TechConferences #AudienceEngagement #ContentStrategy Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
