David Mansfield - David Mansfield is a recognised authority on strategic decision-making, with leadership experience spanning global corporates, private equity, venture capital, high-growth businesses and academia. As CEO of Capital Radio PLC, he transformed the company into the UK’s largest radio group. He has held senior board and advisory roles with organisations including Carphone Warehouse, Game Group, Ingenious Media and Circus Street. An EMCC-accredited business coach, mentor and advisor, David combines boardroom experience with academic rigour. He holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Decision-Making and is completing a doctorate. She is an EMCC accredited coach at senior practitioner level and works as a coaching supervisor, with specialisms in coach wellbeing and the creative self.
