The Eat Build Sculpt Podcast
The real reason you keep starting over — and how to finally stop
Aug 19, 202630 min
This one is different. I'm talking all about consistency, but not in the way you might expect. No habit tracker. No five-step morning routine. No checklist. Because consistency isn't just about what you do — it's about who you become. And until we address the identity piece underneath all the tactics, the tactics never really stick. In this episode I get personal. I was not an athlete. I had no physical identity growing up. I struggled with emotional eating and binge cycles from a young age, and I spent years starting over every Monday. What changed for me wasn't a better program or a different strategy — it was a deliberate decision to start acting like the fit person before I felt like her. Before I had her results. Before anyone around me would have called me that. That's what this episode is about. And it might be the most important conversation we've had on this podcast yet. ➡️ To learn about working with me, check out Stuck to Sculpted Coaching . Follow me on Instagram .
There is so much nutrition fear circulating right now — some of it leftover from diet culture, some of it brand new and wrapped in health language — and I watch women build their entire approach to eating around claims that have little to no scientific basis. They're avoiding things they don't need to avoid, adding things they don't need to add, getting more confused and restricted with every new trend, and still not seeing results. Today I'm cutting through the BS. Nine of the most common nutrition myths I see derailing women from their body recomposition goals — debunked with science, flavored with my personal experience, and delivered with zero fluff. Reasons your body isn't changing even though you're strength training
Aug 5, 202631 min
You're going to the gym. You're getting stronger. You're using heavier weights than you were six months ago. So why do you still look in the mirror and feel like you don't look like someone who lifts? This is one of the most common frustrations I hear from women — and it's one I lived myself for a long time. In this episode I'm breaking down exactly why strength training isn't translating into the visible muscle definition and body composition you're after, and what actually needs to change. This one gets specific. And it might make you rethink everything about how you've been approaching your training. What you'll learn The most important distinction in fitness that most women have never been taught: the difference between training and just completing workouts — and which one you're actually doing Why the number on your Apple Watch, the sweat on your shirt, and the soreness the next day have nothing to do with whether you actually stimulated muscle growth What "dang near failure" means and why your working sets need to get there Why form isn't just about avoiding injury — it's about making sure the right muscle is actually doing the work (and the sneaky ways your body compensates to avoid doing that) The mind-muscle connection: what it actually means, why it matters more than you think, and how to develop it Why the layer of body fat sitting over your muscle is the real reason you can't see the definition you've built — and what has to happen nutritionally for that to change Why recovery and sleep are not optional extras — they're where the actual results are built The GLP-1 comparison trap: why body recomposition is a fundamentally different process than rapid weight loss and why comparing your timeline to someone else's is wrecking your mindset The hard truth about how long this actually takes — especially if you've spent years or decades in diet culture If you're tired of putting in the work and not seeing the results — and you're ready for a strategy shift, not just more motivation — apply for Stuck to Sculpted at kassiebethfitness.com/coaching. Why you're bloated and puffy all the time, and how to fix it
Jul 29, 202626 min
If you regularly feel bloated, puffy, or like your body changes dramatically from one day to the next, this episode is for you. I dive into the difference between digestive bloating and water retention, why puffiness doesn’t automatically mean inflammation, and the everyday factors that may be contributing to how you feel. In this episode, I cover: How inconsistent eating, under-fueling, and changing your carbohydrate intake can affect water retention The role of stress, intense exercise, poor recovery, and inadequate sleep How ultra-processed foods, alcohol, fiber, and hydration can affect bloating Why eliminating gluten, dairy, or other foods shouldn’t automatically be your first step How your menstrual cycle and perimenopause can change your digestion, appetite, and scale weight Why some bloating and day-to-day fluctuation is completely normal The goal isn’t to maintain a perfectly flat stomach every hour of every day. It’s to understand what your body may be responding to, recognize repeatable patterns, and address the habits you can actually control. The three reasons why your calorie deficit isn't working
Jul 22, 202622 min
You've calculated your deficit. You've been tracking. The scale was moving — and then it stopped. Or maybe it never moved at all. And now you're convinced your body just doesn't respond to a calorie deficit the way it's supposed to. Here's what I want you to know before we get into it: a calorie deficit is scientifically required for weight loss — no exceptions. But there's a big difference between thinking you're in a deficit and actually being in one. And even when you are, there are specific things that can make it stop working or appear to not be working at all. After coaching hundreds of women, I've narrowed it down to three main reasons, plus a bonus tip that applies to more women than you'd think. What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.

Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
