Episode #29
Becoming the One Who Can Hold It
Jul 9, 20268 minS3
What if the goal was never to chase a bigger life—but to become the version of yourself who could peacefully hold it? In this episode, Lisa explores the quiet work of building emotional capacity, financial resilience, creative stewardship, and a life that doesn’t require constant adrenaline. This is a grounded reflection on becoming before receiving, and why the person you are becoming matters more than the outcome you’re pursuing.
What if we’ve misunderstood what ease and flow were ever supposed to mean? Somewhere along the way, many of us started believing that healing, manifestation, or nervous system regulation would eventually lead to a life without effort. But what if true ease was never about avoiding responsibility? In this episode, we explore the difference between external effort and internal resistance—and why peace and responsibility were never meant to be opposites. A regulated nervous system still pays taxes, answers emails, builds businesses, raises families, and creates meaningful work. The difference is that it no longer fights reality every step of the way. If you’ve ever wondered why life still asks things of you, even after you’ve done so much inner work, this conversation is for you. If this episode resonates, I’d love for you to follow The Coherence Channel, leave a review, and share it with someone who needs the reminder that ease isn’t found by escaping life—it’s found in the way we meet it. 🤍 Explore the journal, artwork, and more at www.lisaelley.com
I Didn’t Heal Just to Hustle Again | The Part Nobody Talks About
Jul 3, 20267 minS3
What happens when you’ve done the healing… and life still asks you to build? In this episode of The Coherence Channel, I explore a question that has been quietly unfolding in my own life: the realization that healing doesn’t exempt us from the ordinary responsibilities of being human. Many of us believed that if we healed enough, aligned enough, or manifested enough, life would eventually become effortless—that abundance would simply arrive, and we’d somehow graduate from difficult decisions, meaningful work, and the everyday rhythm of building a life. But what if that’s not the destination? What if healing wasn’t meant to remove effort, but to remove the fear beneath it? In this conversation, we explore the difference between hustling and building, why peace and ambition can coexist, and how to create a beautiful, prosperous life without returning to burnout. If you’ve ever found yourself thinking, “I didn’t do all this inner work just to end up working again,” this episode is for you. In this episode: * Why healing doesn’t eliminate responsibility * The misconception of “ease and flow” * Manifestation, stewardship, and real life * The difference between hustle and intentional building * Creating success without sacrificing your peace ⸻ 🤍 If this episode resonated with you, I’d love to stay connected. Subscribe to The Coherence Channel, and if you enjoyed today’s conversation, please consider leaving a rating or review—it helps more people discover the podcast. Why Your Life Doesn’t Need to Feel Extraordinary to Become Extraordinary
Jun 29, 202611 minS3
What if the most extraordinary life isn’t built through extraordinary moments—but through ordinary days, lived well? In this episode, we explore the quiet shift that happens after the searching begins to settle. When the breakthroughs become foundations. When inspiration gives way to consistency. When you stop waiting for life to happen and begin building it, one thoughtful decision at a time. If you’ve been feeling calmer, quieter, or less captivated by constant self-improvement, this conversation is for you. You may not be losing your spark—you may be finding something even more enduring. If this episode resonated, I’d love to have you join me for future conversations by following The Coherence Channel. The Return to Earth | What Comes After the Spiritual Awakening
Jun 27, 202612 minS3
What if awakening isn’t the destination? In this episode, we explore one of the least talked-about phases of personal growth: what happens after the breakthrough, after the healing, after the search. From the dark night of the soul and nervous system healing to manifestation, identity shifts, and the quiet disappointment that can follow years of seeking, this conversation traces the full arc that so many people experience—but few people describe. This isn’t about abandoning spirituality. It’s about integrating it. Because eventually, the signs become less important than your own discernment. The waiting gives way to building. And the extraordinary quietly returns to the ordinary. If you’ve ever felt unexpectedly flat after years of growth, or wondered why your spiritual journey no longer feels the same, this episode is for you. Perhaps the next chapter isn’t about becoming someone new. Perhaps it’s about finally coming home to your own life. If this episode resonated with you, I’d love for you to follow the podcast and share it with someone who’s navigating their own season of change. And if you feel called to, leaving a five-star review helps these conversations reach more people who might need to hear them. Until next time, take good care of yourself… and keep building. www.lisaelley.com

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
