Aug 4, 202632 min
Are you running a business, or is your business running you? In this episode of the Business Brains and B.S. podcast, the hosts dive into the concept of "Someday Isle" —that mental trap where entrepreneurs constantly push off their biggest goals with "Someday I'll sell my business," "Someday I'll hire the right team," or "Someday I'll put systems in place." We break down why business owners get stranded on "Someday Isle," how mismanaging time and confusing urgency with importance keeps you trapped, and actionable ways to backward-plan your goals so you can actually achieve financial freedom and time flexibility.
Sell What They Actually Need: A Sales Pro's Playbook | Business Brains & B.S. ft. Scott Rumley
Jul 28, 202633 min
Every business owner is really running a sales and marketing company — they just don't always know it. In this guest episode of Business Brains & B.S. , Greg and Eric sit down with Scott, who spent 15+ years in radio and TV advertising sales before launching into entrepreneurship. He breaks down what real selling taught him: how to uncover what a customer actually needs (not just what they ask for), why a repeatable sales process beats winging it every time, when to delegate to experts and stay accountable to results, and the mindset shift it takes to trade a steady paycheck for building your own thing. How to Actually Motivate Your Team (Without Just Paying More)
Jul 21, 202635 minS1
Motivation isn't something you either have or you don't — it's something you can build. In this episode of Business Brains & B.S. , therapist Greg breaks down the psychology of motivation with Eric: how to control the thoughts that drive it, why understanding what people actually value beats any pep talk, how clear two-way expectations fuel your team, and why a two-minute handwritten note can earn more loyalty than a raise. Practical, human, and useful whether you're leading a team, selling to customers, or just trying to get your own hard tasks done. New episodes drop regularly. Subscribe so you don't miss one. Someday I'll… The Island Where Business Owners Get Stuck
Jul 14, 202632 min
Every business owner starts with a dream — freedom, time, money — then quietly strands themselves on an island called "Someday I'll." Someday I'll put in systems. Someday I'll sell. Someday I'll actually enjoy this. In this episode of Business Brains & B.S. , Greg and Eric break down how to get off that island: the difference between a dream and a real goal, working backwards to the steps that get you there, why a business that depends entirely on you isn't worth what you think it is, and how to chase the goal without missing the life you're living right now. 🎧 New episodes drop regularly. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
