Episode #12
The Commencement
Jul 6, 20269 minS6
In this season finale, SheRa brings you into a tender moment from her own life: her son’s kindergarten graduation. In this reflective and inspiring closing episode, SheRa explores:• What children teach us about embracing the next chapter• Why adults resist the transitions we’re actually ready for• How to recognize when it’s time to graduate from an old version of yourself• The emotional and spiritual power of your own commencement• Reflection prompts to help you step into your next season with clarity. This episode is a gentle ceremony — a reminder that you are allowed to evolve, to expand, to move forward, and to expect more from the life you’re building. Just like a child walking into first grade with wide‑eyed wonder, you, too, have so much to look forward to. This isn’t the end. This is your commencement. So many of us were raised to believe that saying yes makes us good, agreeable, dependable. But every yes has a cost. And when your yes is rooted in fear, guilt, or people‑pleasing, the cost is usually you. In this episode, SheRa explores:• Where your automatic yes was born• How to recognize a yes that betrays you• What makes a yes intentional, aligned, and honest• How to practice the sacred pause before responding• How to say a gentle, guilt‑free no• A personal story of the yes that changed everything. This episode is an invitation to slow down, listen to your body, and choose from alignment instead of obligation. If you’ve been over‑giving, over‑functioning, or over‑explaining… this one will feel like a deep exhale. Your yes is sacred. Your no is holy. And your life deserves both. What happens when being “the responsible one” becomes emotionally exhausting? In this deeply reflective episode of The Blemished Beauty Podcast, SheRa Renee opens up about the silent weight of always being strong, dependable, emotionally aware, and expected to hold everything together. This conversation is for the people who are constantly doing the right thing — even when they’re overwhelmed. The ones who show up for everybody else while quietly carrying their own exhaustion behind the scenes. If you’ve ever felt tired of being “the strong friend,” struggled to ask for help, or felt unseen because everyone assumes you can handle everything — this episode will speak directly to your heart. Because even the strong ones deserve softness too. Make sure you follow SheRa Renee on TikTok & YouTube @SheRaRenee510. Turn on all your notifications and share this episode with a friend! Some prayers come with pressure. Some blessings come with breaking. And sometimes the very thing you begged God for will expose the parts of you that still need healing. In this deeply honest episode of The Blemished Beauty Podcast, SheRa Renee explores the uncomfortable truth about answered prayers, emotional readiness, spiritual growth, and the hidden responsibility attached to elevation. We live in a world that celebrates manifestation, success, visibility, love, and abundance — but nobody really talks about what happens when God finally opens the door and you realize you may not have been fully prepared to walk through it. This episode dives into: • Why delay may actually be protection • The difference between wanting something and being ready for it • How blessings can expose insecurity, trauma, fear, and self-sabotage • The emotional weight attached to purpose, love, healing, and success • Why preparation often feels like punishment before it feels like growth If you’ve ever questioned God’s timing, struggled with waiting, or realized that growth requires becoming a different version of yourself, this conversation will speak directly to your spirit. Because maybe God isn’t saying “no.” Maybe He’s saying: “Not like this.” Make sure you follow SheRa Renee on TikTok & YouTube @SheRaRenee510. In this deeply personal episode, I’m celebrating a milestone that feels both surreal and sacred — my oldest son turning 17. This conversation is part reflection, part love letter, and part emotional time capsule as I look back on the boy, he was, the young man he’s becoming, and the journey we’ve taken together. This episode is dedicated entirely to him — to his growth, his heart, his resilience, and the privilege of watching him step into his own life with confidence and purpose. If you’ve ever looked at your child and wondered how time moved so fast, this episode will speak to you. Seventeen years in, and I’m still in awe of the person he is. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
