The Review Harvest System: 5 Steps to Earn Authentic Book Reviews Without Risking Your Account
Sep 11, 20265 min
Reviews are the social proof that turns browsers into buyers, but most authors either beg for them the wrong way or ignore them entirely. In this episode, Aria breaks down a 5-step review harvest system that works for both new and established authors. You'll learn how to identify your most likely reviewers, create a compliant outreach sequence, leverage your book's back matter and email list, and turn every sale into a potential review without ever violating Amazon's terms. She also shares a real-world case study of an author who doubled their review velocity in 30 days using these exact steps. If you're tired of staring at a review count that won't budge, this episode gives you the practical, ethical framework to change that—starting today.
The Book Packaging Promise Test: 5 Steps to Make Readers Choose Your Book
Sep 9, 202611 min
Many authors assume low sales mean they need more advertising, when the real problem is a confusing or inconsistent book package. In this episode, you will learn the Book Packaging Promise Test: a practical five-step method for aligning your title, subtitle, cover, description, opening pages, and call to action around one clear reader outcome. Aria walks through how to identify the promise your ideal reader is seeking, compare it with the promise your current packaging communicates, and repair the gaps that create hesitation. A realistic case study follows a nonfiction author whose strong manuscript was weakened by a vague title and mismatched cover, showing how to improve the package without rewriting the entire book. You will leave with a simple evaluation worksheet and one immediate test you can complete today. For authors who want expert help refining, publishing, and positioning the complete package, the episode closes with a direct path to 22 Lions publishing services.
The Human-First AI Editing System: 5 Steps to Turn an AI Draft Into a Credible Book
Sep 8, 202615 min
Many authors use AI to overcome blank pages, then discover that speed has created a new problem: repetitive language, weak reasoning, inaccurate claims, and a manuscript that does not sound like them. This episode presents a five-step, human-first editorial system for transforming an AI-assisted draft into a professional book without misrepresenting how it was created. You will learn how to establish a source-of-truth brief, mark AI-generated claims for verification, restore a distinct author voice, run structural and line-level editing passes, and complete an originality and disclosure review before publication. A practical case study follows a nonfiction author who reduced revision chaos by separating research, drafting, fact-checking, and voice editing into clear stages. Listeners will leave with a repeatable workflow, a quality-control checklist, and one action they can complete today. The episode closes by showing when professional publishing support can protect quality and accelerate a responsible release.
The Amazon Ads Leak Finder: 5 Checks to Stop Paying for Unprofitable Book Sales
Sep 7, 202611 min
Many authors respond to disappointing book sales by raising their Amazon Ads budget, but more traffic cannot repair a weak product page, mismatched targeting, or an offer that fails to convert. This episode presents a five-step diagnostic system for locating the exact point where an ad campaign loses money. You will learn how to separate visibility problems from conversion problems, compare search-term intent with your book’s promise, inspect the cover and sample as a sales team, evaluate clicks and orders without confusing activity for profit, and make one controlled change at a time. A practical case study follows a fictional nonfiction author whose campaign received clicks but produced few sales; the diagnosis reveals a promise mismatch rather than an advertising failure. Listeners finish with a simple decision tree and a 15-minute audit they can apply today, plus guidance on when professional publishing and marketing support can save months of guesswork.

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
