About this podcast

Sunflowers: Grow Through What You Go Through is a podcast I’ve created to share the parts of my story that shaped me — the trauma I carried from childhood into adulthood, the work it took to face it, and the healing that continues to unfold. This isn’t just a series of memories. It’s a look at the tools, support, and inner strength that helped me grow through some of my darkest seasons. My hope is that anyone listening — friends, coworkers, my professional community, and especially those navigating their own recovery from childhood trauma — will feel seen, encouraged, and a little less alone.I’m proud, nervous, and ready to share this with you.
