Jul 15, 202635 minS4
Chicago Wolves’ Courtney Mahoney on Adopt-a-Dog Nights, Community Giving, and Women in Hockey Ops Host Julie Marty Pearson welcomes Courtney Mahoney, Chicago Wolves president of operations, to discuss how she rose from a college intern with no hockey background to overseeing multiple departments by saying yes to new responsibilities across game ops, community work, creative, TV, and merchandise. Courtney shares the Wolves’ long-running commitment to Chicagoland giving—especially their monthly Adopt-a-Dog game nights with Border Tails Rescue and Right Way Rescue, where fans can meet dogs in the arena and adopt on the spot, contributing to over 1,900 adoptions and strong retention. She also highlights additional animal-focused efforts like pet health fairs offering free vaccines in underprivileged communities and volunteer shelter support. Innovating Pet Adoption: Liz Adams' Journey with Pet Protect and Connect
Jul 1, 202640 minS4
Pet Protect and Connect: Using AI to Simplify Pet Adoption for Shelters, Rescues and Adopters Host Julie Marty Pearson welcomes Liz Adams to The Story of My Pet podcast to discuss Liz’s longtime background in animal rescue and her career in healthcare technology and communications, which inspired her to create Pet Protect and Connect. Liz explains how shelters and rescues often lack time and modern tools, and how difficult or inconsistent adoption processes can deter good adopters while still risking poor matches and returns. Her platform, Pet Protect and Connect, focuses first on helping rescues by organizing and ranking applications using weighted criteria and an AI-driven learning component that highlights top positives/negatives and produces match scores, while keeping humans in control of final decisions. The tool can also help adopters by auto-populating repeat applications via a plugin and keeping qualified adopters in the system for future matches. Listeners can learn more or request demos on the Pet Protect and Connect Website or via the app and website waitlist. Follow them on Facebook and Instagram . Finding Joy in Aging Pets: Angela Dinsmoor’s Advocacy for Senior Dogs
Jun 26, 202642 minS4
Senior Dogs Deserve Love: Adopting, Caring for, and Advocating for Older Pets with Angela Dinsmoor. Host Julie Marty Pearson welcomes Angela Dinsmoor to discuss senior pets, sharing Julie’s experience caring for her 16-year-old diabetic cat and Angela’s lifelong love of animals and rescue work. Angela explains why she and her husband adopt—not foster—senior dogs, noting their six senior adoptions (nine dogs total) ranging from about 8 to 16 years old, and describing how some seniors are with them briefly while others live many more years than expected. They explore common reasons senior dogs end up in shelters, especially when owners die or can no longer care for them, as well as financial strain and misconceptions that seniors are “boring,” emphasizing the importance of legacy planning. Angela offers practical tips for welcoming seniors (stair safety, traction for slippery floors, routine, incontinence expectations, and slow assessment) and highlights how volunteering and “doggie day out” programs boost adoptability. She also shares her work through Grey Whiskers, providing in-home geriatric grooming in Denver, a biweekly newsletter, a community for senior pet support, and a certification program to train groomers in senior dog care. Dogs Have Angels Too: Exploring Resilience and Redemption with Sarah Cavallaro
Jun 24, 202639 minS4
Dogs Have Angels Too: Your Host Julie Marty-Pearson, interviews Sarah Cavallaro on Healing, Storytelling, and Dog Adoption Advocacy In this episode of The Story of My Pet podcast, Sarah shares how she became an animal lover after growing up without pets, including the childhood loss of a rescued kitten and later adopting a puppy, Athena, while in college and bringing her to New York City. Athena’s ongoing bladder issues and their bond became the inspiration for Sarah’s book Dogs Have Angels Too, which explores when people surrender pets and the responsibility of caring for them. Sarah discusses her path from running Emerald Films, a Fortune 500 commercial production company, to returning to writing as a healing, transformative process, creating characters like Ms. Pink—a woman devastated by job loss and a Ponzi-scheme collapse who finds purpose helping homeless dogs. Sarah hopes to adapt the story into a scripted TV series that promotes dog adoption and animal welfare education, and she highlights organizations supporting pets of unhoused people and keeping pets with families facing financial hardship. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
