133. Dance of Attachment: Disorganized Attachment and the Pendulum Swing Dance
Aug 19, 202615 min
Ever felt like you're two completely different people in love, desperately chasing someone one day and drafting the goodbye text the next? In this episode of the Speak Honest Podcast, Jenn Noble breaks down Disorganized Attachment, the third stance in the August series on the four Attachment Stances. She calls it the Pendulum Swing Dance because it holds both the fear of abandonment and the fear of engulfment at the exact same time, which means there's no single direction to run in when the thing you want and the thing you're afraid of are the same thing. Jenn walks through the signature moves of this dance (the desperate pursuit, the sudden retreat, the emotional translator, relationship amnesia), shares a client story of a woman who lived this pattern through four breakups in two years, and explains where this wiring actually comes from and why a genuinely stable partner can feel more unsettling than familiar chaos. You might want to listen if: You swing between wanting someone close and needing them gone within the same day You've been told you're "hot and cold" in relationships and don't fully understand why You feel like two different people depending on how close a relationship gets You push people away right before they can leave you You've ever felt more unsettled by a stable partner than by an unpredictable one WORK WITH ME Schedule your FREE 30-min Attachment Assessment with Jenn — see if the Fall 2026 Cohort is the right fit for you Ready Now? 132. Dance of Attachment: Avoidant Attachment and the Solo Tango
Aug 12, 202611 min
Why does pulling away feel safer than staying close, even when the relationship is good? In this episode of the Speak Honest Podcast, Jenn Noble continues the August series on the four Attachment Stances by exploring Avoidant Attachment, what she calls the Solo Tango. Jenn breaks down the signature moves of this pattern, from strategic self sufficiency to the subtle boundary expansion that happens the moment things start to deepen, and shares the story of a client whose relationships kept ending at the exact same two month mark. She traces where this pattern gets built in childhood, unpacks the nervous system science behind why the body presses gas and brake at the same time, and explains why avoidant and anxious partners so often find each other. Most importantly, Jenn makes the case that independence was never the enemy of love, it was just working alone when it didn't have to. You might want to listen if: You pull away or create distance the moment a relationship starts feeling real You've been told you're avoidant attachment style and want to understand what's actually happening in your body You keep ending relationships around the same timeframe and can't explain why You mistake needing nothing from anyone for being emotionally healthy You're the anxious partner trying to understand why the person you love keeps disappearing when things get good WORK WITH ME Schedule your FREE 30-min Attachment Assessment with Jenn — see if the Fall 2026 Cohort is the right fit for you Ready Now? 131. Dance of Attachment: Anxious Attachment and the Salsa of Uncertainty
Aug 5, 202611 min
What if the person who "loves too much" is actually the one who learned to read a room better than anyone else in it? In this episode of the Speak Honest Podcast, Jenn Noble kicks off a four part series on the Attachment Stances with Anxious Attachment, the pattern she calls the Salsa of Uncertainty. Jenn breaks down why a cancelled plan can send your whole week spiraling, where the hypervigilance and reassurance seeking actually come from, and how a skill that once kept you safe as a kid can end up running the show in your adult relationships. Using her client Amber's story alongside research from Mary Ainsworth, Louis Cozolino, and Sue Johnson, Jenn makes the case that this was never a communication problem. It's a nervous system problem, and it's one you can actually work with. You might want to listen if: You spiral when someone takes too long to text back You feel like you love too much and it keeps pushing people away You find yourself picking fights or pulling back just to see if they'll chase you You're always the one reading the room, managing everyone's mood but your own You're stuck in a pursue and withdraw cycle in your relationship WORK WITH ME Schedule your FREE 30-min Attachment Assessment with Jenn — see if the Fall 2026 Cohort is the right fit for you Ready Now? 130. Why Knowing Your Attachment Style Isn't the Same as Healing It
Jul 29, 202615 min
Why does understanding your attachment style intellectually still leave you repeating the same relationship patterns? In this episode of the Speak Honest Podcast, Jenn Noble gets honest about a gap so many of us know intimately: you've read the books, you can name your attachment style without blinking, and you still find yourself in the exact same spiral you swore you'd outgrown. Jenn breaks down the concept of a corrective emotional experience and explains why insight and nervous system change are two completely different skills, no matter how self aware you are. She walks through why the moment of clarity almost always shows up too late (in the shower, on the drive home, never in the fifteen seconds your thumb is hovering over send) and what it actually takes to close that gap. Using the analogy of learning to parallel park, Jenn makes the case that healing an attachment style isn't about collecting more information, it's about practicing new experiences on purpose, before the real moment ever shows up. You might want to listen if: You know your attachment style but still can't stop the pattern You keep intellectualizing your emotions instead of healing them You want to understand the corrective emotional experience and how it works You're tired of insight showing up after the moment instead of during it You're ready to move from anxious attachment awareness to actual nervous system change WORK WITH ME Schedule your FREE 30-min Attachment Assessment with Jenn — see if the Fall 2026 Cohort is the right fit for you Ready Now? 128. Why Your Avoidant Partner Acts Like He Doesn't Care (He Does, His Body Just Shut Down)
Jul 15, 202616 min
Have you ever poured your heart out to your partner, only to watch his face go completely blank? In this episode of the Speak Honest Podcast, Jenn Noble answers the question so many women are typing into their search bars at 2 AM: why does my avoidant partner act like he doesn't care? Jenn breaks down what deactivation actually is, why his shutdown is a protection response rather than a rejection, and what's physically happening inside his body when his face goes flat and his voice goes monotone. Drawing from polyvagal theory and attachment research, she explains why "I don't know" is often the most honest answer he can give, and why chasing him down the hallway only pushes him deeper into shutdown. Most importantly, Jenn shows you where your real power lives... in regulating your own nervous system first, so you can stop taking his silence personally and start inviting connection from a secure, grounded place. You might want to listen if: You constantly wonder why your avoidant partner shuts down during conflict Your partner goes silent or emotionally distant when you bring up something important You spiral into anxiety when he pulls away and you don't know how to stop You keep asking "does he even care about me?" and never feel sure of the answer You want to stop taking his emotional shutdown personally and feel secure in your relationship FIND OUT MORE! Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.

Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
