Unity with Disagreement– Romans 15:5-6 – Snapshots from the Bible – 10/01/26
Does God really want us to fight for our faith? It’s a question a lot of us wrestle with today. Where do we take a firm, immovable stand, and where are we called to extend grace, love, and liberty? Welcome back to Snapshots from the Bible! In today’s episode, titled ‘ Unity with Disagreement ,’ Pastor Justin dives into Romans chapter 15, verses 5 and 6 . We’re taking a close look at how Christ calls His children to stand unwaveringly on the core essentials of our faith—the virgin birth, the sacrificial atonement for our sin, and the physical death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. But what about the non-essentials? Things like the exact timeline of the End Times or specific practices around baptism? Pastor Justin reminds us that Jesus never intended for secondary opinions to divide the body of Christ. Instead, we are called to show charity, live in harmony, and glorify God together with one heart and one voice.
