In the last episode of our three part series on Energy, we debate the main aspects of the energy transformation in Germany and globally, trying to answer the question: Is an energy transformation possible only in a top-down manner, or can it be done bottom-up as well - and what are the challenges, gains, and stakes in each case. We also take a look at the different approaches globally and examine critically what the observation data tells us, as well as the apparent pros and cons of each approach.
