Developed by Odaclick Game Studio and published by Trailmark Games, this single-player side-scrolling beat-'em-up lets you hit the streets as Rick Grimes, Daryl Dixon, Michonne, and eventually Negan. The campaign reimagines events from the All Out War storyline, taking players through familiar locations including Alexandria, Hilltop, and the Sanctuary. Of course, walkers aren't the only problem. The Saviors are waiting too, with Negan and Simon among the enemies you'll encounter as the conflict heats up. Each survivor brings a different fighting style and signature equipment into battle. Rick has his magnum, Michonne has her katana, Daryl brings his crossbow, and Negan eventually gets to introduce walkers and humans alike to Lucille. Combat combines melee attacks, ranged weapons, combos, finishers, environmental hazards, and crowd control—which becomes particularly useful when the screen starts filling up with walkers. Boss battles bring some familiar nightmares back for another round, including Winslow and the Well Walker, while human enemies provide their own challenges. Multiple difficulty levels encourage repeat runs, and an Easy Mode is available for players more interested in smashing walkers than having their reflexes personally insulted. There's also an important distinction for anyone seeing several playable characters and assuming this is a co-op brawler: Streets of Survival is single-player. The developers describe it as a beat-'em-up with scavenging and survival elements designed around the human conflict and desperate survival associated with The Walking Dead. If you've ever watched Rick, Michonne, or Daryl surrounded by walkers and thought, this could make one heck of an arcade game, The Walking Dead: Streets of Survival pretty much heard you. Set 15 years before A Plague Tale: Requiem, the story follows a younger Sophia as the fierce plunderer searches for answers about her past and finds herself drawn toward the mysterious Minotaur's Island. And Sophia isn't Amicia with a different outfit. Resonance takes a much more direct approach to combat. Sophia can fight with a sword and dagger, chain attacks together, kick enemies, execute precise parries, and use a grappling hook to pull opponents toward her—or introduce them rather forcefully to environmental hazards. Stealth remains important, but when things go sideways, Sophia is considerably more comfortable throwing hands. The adventure also reaches much further into the mythology surrounding the series. As Sophia explores the island, the story shifts between her medieval journey and events from the ancient Minoan era, where players experience another side of the mystery through Theseus, the legendary Greek hero. The two timelines gradually reveal secrets surrounding the island, its curse, and the Macula's mysterious legacy. Combat isn't the only challenge waiting underground. Exploration brings environmental puzzles centered around manipulating light with a stolen Minoan sphere, while Sophia's notebook helps guide her through the island and toward clues left behind by her crew. Somewhere in those depths, however, something is hunting her—and unlike an enemy carrying a sword, this isn't necessarily something you're supposed to stand your ground against. Sometimes survival means hiding, thinking quickly, and getting the heck out of there. That combination gives Resonance its own identity while keeping the tension and narrative focus associated with A Plague Tale. You're fighting, exploring ancient ruins, solving puzzles, uncovering treasure and family secrets, and slowly learning how Sophia's story connects to a legacy much larger—and considerably darker—than she imagined. Tragedy, triumph... and treasure? Sophia may have walked into this adventure looking for answers, but on Minotaur's Island, every answer seems determined to bring another problem along with it. ⚔️

You can venture out alone or form a crew of up to four explorers and head into a cursed wilderness in search of treasure, valuables, abandoned forts, and ultimately the legendary Mound. Before heading out, your crew prepares aboard its galleon. You'll accept contracts, decide where you're going, and divide weapons, equipment, and supplies among the group. Once boots hit the ground, exploration becomes a balancing act between grabbing enough valuables to make the trip worthwhile and recognizing when greed is about to get everybody killed. Recovered logbooks from abandoned forts can even unlock new starting locations for future expeditions. And these expeditions aren't filled with ordinary wildlife. The jungle is home to increasingly dangerous creatures and supernatural horrors, while basic weapons and limited inventory space encourage players to think about when to fight, when to sneak around trouble, and when it's time to run. Noise matters too, so charging through the wilderness and firing weapons isn't always the smartest way to stay alive. The real wildcard, however, is madness. The Mound can distort what individual players see and hear. A teammate might suddenly look like a monster. A harmless route could appear dangerous—or a deadly drop could look perfectly safe. You may see strange environmental changes or hear something that nobody else in your crew experienced. Because these hallucinations aren't necessarily shared, even your own eyes can become unreliable. That makes communication a weapon of its own. Spatial voice chat lets the group compare what they're seeing, stick together, and decide whether the thing standing in front of them actually needs to be attacked. With friendly fire in the mix, panicking because your buddy suddenly looks like an eldritch nightmare can create an entirely new problem. The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu is ultimately about preparation, teamwork, treasure, survival, and knowing when enough is enough. Every expedition promises another chance to earn your keep and push deeper toward unimaginable riches—but the farther you go, the more the jungle has a chance to convince you that something is there when it isn't... or that something isn't there when it absolutely is.

As a Keeper working for the Cosmic Collective, your job is to restore damaged ecosystems, rebuild the planet's natural balance, and eventually welcome some seriously adorable animals back into the world. You'll search for debris and recycle it into useful resources, establish solar power and water networks, purify lakes and rivers, restore soil, and connect structures across the landscape. Building everything in sight isn't necessarily the answer, either. New construction consumes resources and can increase pollution, so BioEden encourages you to balance expansion with the environmental restoration you're supposed to be doing. And then there are the animals. BioEden features dozens of species waiting to be brought back. You'll gather DNA samples, create cocoons, and build suitable biomes inside your domes by managing factors such as temperature, humidity, and vegetation. Seeing those once-empty habitats gradually fill with life gives all that resource management a particularly cute payoff. Despite all those interconnected systems, BioEden isn't designed to have you pulling your hair out. There's no fail state or pressure to rush, and structures can be recycled if you decide your approach isn't working. You can explore, experiment, rebuild, and watch a wasteland slowly turn into your own thriving little eden. If cozy games, resource management, environmental restoration, building interconnected systems, and taking care of adorable creatures sound like your kind of afternoon, BioEden may be a very comfortable place to lose a few hours.
