Rhythm & Roam isn’t your typical travel podcast. We’re three hosts from mixed-race, multicultural backgrounds, broadcasting across three time zones, bringing the world’s stories directly to the listener. We don’t just talk about travel — we showcase raw, authentic cultural exchanges with locals, giving audiences a front-row seat to global experiences they might never see otherwise. At a time when representation matters more than ever, Rhythm & Roam proves that adventure has no age, race, or borders. We’re not here to scratch the surface — we’re here to dig deep, challenge stereotypes, and redefine what it means to ’see the world.’ Visit us at www.RhythmAndRoam.comWant to partner with us? Episode #71
The Magic Began in Mexico
Aug 6, 202617 min
What happens when a 27-year educator leaves it all behind and moves permanently to Mexico? In this episode of Rhythm & Roam, hosts Benefsheh, Paul, and Trecia sit down with author and former educator Queen D. Michele to explore her decision to become a permanent resident of Jalisco, Mexico, and the unexpected spiritual awakening that followed. Michele shares practical insights from her book, Considerations: A Guide for Moving Abroad, discusses how her family and friends reacted to her bold decision, and opens up about the "magic" that unfolded after her move; from new books and blogs to discovering her Fula ancestry in Guinea-Bissau through an African Ancestry DNA test. Visit RhythmAndRoam.com for more on the podcast.
Travel is more than flights and photos; it is a mirror for our inner world. In this episode, Benefsheh, Paul, and Trecia sit down with Katie Krimitsos, founder and CEO of the Women's Meditation Network, a global family of meditation podcasts. Katie also recently launched the new show "Meditation for Travel," created to support travelers with calming, on-the-go meditations. Together, they explore how travel exposes our unconscious beliefs, biases, and cultural conditioning, and how mindfulness can help navigate discomfort with more grace and curiosity. Katie shares how she uses meditation to slow down, listen more deeply, and connect with people and places beyond surface-level sightseeing. Whether a frequent flyer or planning a first big trip, this conversation is for culturally curious listeners who see travel as a catalyst for growth, not just consumption. Planning a mission trip, church group travel, or student outreach abroad? This episode is your blueprint. Dr. Joy, CEO of Butler Travel, joins Rhythm & Roam to break down the most common and costly mistakes travelers make when organizing international trips. We also explore how faith plays a role in travel, including a powerful story of survival and provision in a life-threatening situation abroad. Whether you're a trip organizer, a frequent traveler, or someone dreaming of going global, this episode offers practical guidance and perspective you won't want to miss. Feeling exhausted by the constant drama in your feed? In this convo, Rhythm & Roam and David Beckemeyer (host of Outrage Overload) unpack how outrage culture shapes our politics, our timelines, and even how we see the people sitting next to us on the plane.
On this episode of Rhythm & Roam, we sit down with Australian hiker, writer, and educator Belinda Coker, who spends up to eight months a year walking long-distance trails across regions and countries. She shares how moving slowly through towns and villages reshapes her view of culture, identity, and community, and how house-sitting lets her "live inside" a place rather than pass through. We also dig into midlife adventure, planning months of solo hikes, and what it means to "meet culture at its own pace" as a lipedema warrior on the trail. Visit RhythmAndRoam.com

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
