Aug 19, 202612 min

In Episode 42 of Raising Her Confidence, Kim Mittelstadt introduces Restore, the second step in her 5R framework. This episode explores how women can support their energy, well-being, confidence, and personal presence through practical choices that replenish rather than temporarily override what the body and mind need. You’ll discover why restoration is not laziness or simply “getting more rest,” how small daily practices can rebuild your capacity, and why you need something real to give from before you can continue showing up for everyone else. This positive, practical conversation will help you begin restoring your energy, reconnecting with your needs, and moving forward with greater clarity and vitality - one intentional choice at a time. In this episode: What it truly means to restore yourself The connection between energy and confidence Why temporary boosts don’t create lasting capacity Simple ways to support restoration in everyday life How restoring your foundation strengthens your presence You don’t need to become someone new. Feeling Overwhelmed and Disconnected? Start Here Before Changing Your Life
Aug 4, 202613 min
Have you spent so many years being “on” that you no longer know how to fully slow down? When your body remains in a prolonged state of stress or fight-or-flight mode, relaxing may not come naturally, even when the immediate pressure is gone. You may feel exhausted but unable to rest, struggle to quiet your thoughts, remain constantly alert, or feel guilty whenever you pause. In this episode of Raising Her Confidence, Kim Mittelstadt begins the Five Rs series with Regulate and explores how chronic stress can affect your nervous system, energy, sleep, focus, and overall well-being. Kim also shares the lesson behind the words she used to say whenever someone encouraged her to slow down: “I’ll do that tomorrow.” She explains why pausing is not wasted time and how small, repeated moments of nervous system regulation can help your body move out of constant urgency and toward greater steadiness. You’ll learn how to recognize signs that your stress response may be staying activated, why confidence and wellness are deeply connected, and simple ways to begin calming your nervous system without completely changing your life. You do not have to wait until the work is finished to care for yourself. Begin with one intentional pause...today.

Jul 21, 202620 min
Have you been feeling lost, disconnected from yourself, or unsure about what belongs in the next chapter of your life? A life transition can quietly create an identity shift. Motherhood changes. Maybe nothing is wrong with you. Maybe the old way simply no longer fits the season you are in. Maybe you are a new mom wondering where you went, a woman building a business and trying to become more visible, or someone in a new season of life where the old way of showing up no longer feels aligned. In this episode, Kim Mittelstadt begins Phase 1 of the Radiance Reclaimed™ journey: Recognize. Before you can release what no longer belongs or realign with what is next, you have to recognize the season you are actually in. Because maybe nothing is wrong with you. Maybe the old way simply no longer fits the woman you are becoming. This episode explores identity shifts, confidence, personal presence, style, visibility, and the quiet moment when a woman realizes she is ready to stop forcing herself back into an old version of life. You can't navigate what you can't to name. ---- In this episode, you’ll hear about recognizing your season, why the old way may no longer work, how identity shifts show up in your closet and mirror, and why congruence matters more than performing confidence.
Why You Still Don't Feel Confident (Even When Everything Looks Fine)
Jun 9, 202612 min
Most women I have worked with don't have a confidence problem. They have a congruence problem - and no one told them the difference. In this episode, Kim Mittelstadt introduces the central idea behind the Radiance Reclaimed™ method: that genuine confidence is not something you build, perform, or maintain. It is what naturally arrives when who you are, what you value, and how you show up are no longer in conflict. If you have ever felt successful on the outside but disconnected on the inside - this episode is for you. IN THIS EPISODE: → Why confidence is a byproduct, not a practice → What congruence means and why it matters more than confidence → How the congruence gap opens gradually through years of loving adaptation → What closing the gap actually looks like in practice → One question to sit with this week that begins the work KEYWORDS / TAGS: women's confidence, midlife identity, personal presence, confidence for women over 50, women over 60, congruence, self-abandonment, Radiance Reclaimed, Power Within Collective, Kim Mittelstadt, confidence podcast, women in transition

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
