You didn't survive residency to struggle in practice. Sunday night and you're on your EMR again, another female physician managing a practice and constantly sprinting, yet never feeling like you're doing enough. At work. At home. Much less yourself. This probably isn't the "better" you imagined. That's what The Practice Rounds Podcast is for: female physicians who want to get their time back, so they can show up as the doctor and the person that they want to be. Kate Boehm, a reconstructive plastic surgeon (MD, MEd, FRCSC) based in Canada, hosts The Practice Rounds Podcast. One goal: get your time back, without cutting clinical volume. One small change that compounds at a time. How you manage your practice is the real lever on getting your time back, so you can show up as the doctor and the person you want to be. Episodes cover the parts of practice that weren't part of the curriculum: staffing, overhead, mindsets and the small changes in how you do your job clinically that let you keep treating patients the way you want to, without the work eating your evenings and your weekends. You don't need to overhaul your whole practice. Just a few minutes to make one small change, and those small changes compound into real differences. Kate and both physician and non-physician guests bring their own expertise to conversations on work life balance for physicians, doctor finances, physician side business and leaving medicine, along with the realities of women in medicine and motherhood. Physician burnout, doctor mental health and female physician leadership get airtime too, always brought back to one change you can make tomorrow. This isn't a wellness podcast, and it isn't a leadership seminar. It's not a mandatory online module. It's peer to peer, physician to physician, built on what works in practice, not theory from someone who's never survived a busy clinic. Every episode ends with one takeaway you can use tomorrow. New episodes weekly. Subscribe or follow wherever you listen. Grab your coffee or tea, and let’s chat.

FAQs
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
