This podcast series explores projects about inclusive research innovation (IRI) in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). IRI takes place whenever STEM scholars actively integrate the diversity of human beings in their work, contributing to inclusive processes and results. Join Dr. Claudia Werker from Delft University of Technology as she talks with colleagues across numerous disciplines about their challenges and successes engaging in IRI in STEM.

Inclusive Cities and Finance through Stakeholder Involvement
Sep 2, 202518 min
Stakeholder involvement we have been discussing as core element developing concepts such as Responsible Research and Innovation or Values by Design. Yet how can we involve stakeholders, i.e. those affected by innovation and research processes and outcomes – yet not able to influence them. Dr. Almudena de la Mata (CEO of BlockchAIn Intelligence) shares her methodological insights of how to do this. Giving concrete examples, she explains to the host, Dr. Claudia Werker (Delft University of Technology) how to do it to make cities and finance more inclusive. Solutions do not only increase the participation of stakeholders, e.g. by giving women better access to financial services but might also involve nudging them to choose for better solutions by providing a blockchain-based reward system in the case of more inclusive cities.

Inclusive Health Care for Women
May 20, 202529 minS0

In health care women are still treated as if they are small men even though they are not. We know very well that women and men suffer from different illnesses, present with different symptoms while suffering of the same illness, and react differently to medication. While there are some best practices scattered across the various disciplines of medical health, an overarching picture of what is needed for inclusive health care for women is missing.

Please listen to one of the women who are about to change this: Prof. Dr. Hanneke Takkenberg, affiliated with both the Erasmus Medical...

Turning data of diverse human beings into Inclusive Research and Innovation in STEM
Apr 8, 202536 minS0

Data is a major challenge for IRI in STEM. Collecting data of diverse individual human beings comes with at least two major challenges. The first one is being in line with the legislation on privacy and data use. This often includes dealing with ethical issues that might arise. The second one is analysing this data in a meaningful way.

In this podcast we meet Dr. Nikolas Dintzer and Dr. Santosh Ilamparuthi, two data stewards of Delft University of Technology. They share their insights on how to collect and analyse (sensitive) data of diverse, sometimes vulnerable, human beings...

How can policy enable Inclusive Research and Innovation in STEM happen?
Feb 26, 202521 minS0

Policy can be a crucial enabler of IRI in STEM. In this episode, Dr. Frauke Frauke Hoss, policy officer at DG GROW working on policy for internal market and industry at the European Commission, explains how this is possible to the host, Dr. Claudia Werker, Delft University of Technology.

Frauke has been working diligently to make products safer for all kinds of users in the past. One important step has been the study on the inclusiveness of anthropometrics in European harmonised standards. The results of this study show how diverse people in the EU are. And this matt...

Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
