Saving the McGillycuddy House | Rapid City News
Sep 15, 20262 min
The McGillycuddy House in Rapid City has earned official recognition as a historic treasure, honoring Dr. Valentine McGillycuddy—a surgeon, mayor, and dean who shaped the region’s legacy. After years of dedicated volunteer work, meticulous research, and community support—including crucial grants from Deadwood—restorers brought the house back to life using vintage photos and expert guidance. A plaque ceremony celebrated their triumph, underscoring how collaboration across towns preserves the Black Hills’ shared heritage. This story is a powerful reminder: when passion meets persistence, history doesn’t just survive—it thrives. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn. Bear Butte Lake Dries Up Again | Rapid City News
Sep 15, 20261 min
Bear Butte Lake in western South Dakota is a ghost town of cracked mud and vanished water—three brutal droughts have drained this once-vibrant fishing and bird sanctuary, leaving families and migratory species high and dry. With no rivers to refill it, the lake’s fate hinges on rain and snowmelt alone, while federal ownership blocks easy fixes like dredging. The crisis mirrors a wider prairie meltdown: nearly 90% of private livestock dams are dry, forcing ranchers to scramble for water. Though Bear Butte has dried before—in 2007 and 2008—it’ll take a major weather turnaround to restore its fish and wildlife, turning a parched lakebed into a thriving oasis again. Chesterton Academy Opens in Rapid City | Rapid City News
Sep 15, 20262 min
Rapid City’s newest high school, Chesterton Academy of Blessed Alcuin of York, just opened its doors with six pioneering students—and it’s not just another school. This Catholic, classical academy is part of a rapidly expanding network launching 15 new campuses this year alone, including one in Sioux Falls, with plans for 17 more by 2028. Designed to cultivate future leaders and saints, the curriculum weaves history, literature, philosophy, theology, math, science, art, and dance into one cohesive intellectual journey—focusing on how to think, not just what to think. Grounded in three pillars—intellect, character, and spirituality—the school aims to shape virtuous, college-ready, community-serving graduates. Open for grades 9–12, applications are still being accepted for the current year—and for 2026–2027 too. Learn more or reach out to Headmaster Jacques Daniel at jdaniel@chestertonalcuin.org. AI Misleads Rapid City on Sidewalks | Rapid City News
Sep 15, 20261 min
AI’s spreading a wild rumor in Rapid City: that the city will pay you back for sidewalk repairs. Nope. Property owners are responsible for maintaining sidewalks and clearing snow within 24 hours—or face a bill from the city. Officials are sounding the alarm as more people rely on AI for info, warning that these bots aren’t always trustworthy. Double-check local rules before you believe what the machine says. Rapid City Mayor Steps Down After Decade | Rapid City News
Sep 15, 20261 min
Rapid City Mayor Jason Salamun is stepping down after a decade of public service, opting not to seek re-election in 2027 to give emerging leaders time to rise. From his Air Force roots to church leadership and business, Salamun’s journey reflects resilience and a mission to leave the city better than he found it. Before leaving office, he’ll focus on key projects: building the new indoor sports complex, relocating streets maintenance, preparing for Ellsworth AFB’s personnel surge, and launching major street repairs plus a revamped city website. Post-mayorship, he’s embracing the “great wide open,” with his next move guided by faith. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
