How Successful People Think And Act Daily
Mar 8, 202616 minS0

What if success had less to do with motivation and more to do with how you think when you don’t feel like moving? We dig into the psychology behind people who finish what they start and show how to build a system that makes progress inevitable, even on rough days.

We start by replacing the "feel-like-it" myth with a vivid, long-term vision that survives low-energy mornings and busy weeks. Then we get practical: write the outcome in detail, list every step, set milestones that earn small wins, and break big goals into 15–20 minute actions. We talk abou...

What if the real test of character isn’t how kind you are on easy days, but how you show up when it costs you? We delve into the messy, daily moments where values collide with pressure: late projects, tense meetings, and difficult conversations, and outline a practical path to being a truly good person, not just a pleasant one that others approve of. The core idea is simple yet demanding: goodness is built on awareness, empathy, and responsibility, and it is evident in what you choose when no one is watching.

We unpack the difference between be...
Are Gift Cards and Candy Bars Enough? What Actually Boosts Morale
Oct 23, 202530 minS0

Karen Amlin, Ashleigh Ford, and James Tyack answer Reddit questions from managers: Tension between coworkers, and a team feeling the weight: sound familiar? We unpack how to stop workplace friction from stealing momentum by pairing a values-first stance with practical tools you can use the moment tensions rise. We start with the “surgical” approach to conflict: build trust in one-on-ones, surface triggers and needs, then host a focused joint session that uses “I feel” language, body‑language awareness, and a short list of shared commitments both people agree to practice. From there, we show how a living team pact—your engagem...

Ever felt your voice shake and thought, “Maybe I’m not a leader”? We go straight at that fear and show why confidence is built through action, not bestowed at birth. From public speaking jitters to the quiet strength of introverted managers, we share practical tools to grow real influence—without becoming someone you’re not.

We start with the myth that leadership belongs to the loudest person in the room. It doesn’t. You’ll learn how soft-spoken leaders succeed by preparing thoroughly, asking more effective questions, and speaking with precision. We talk concrete tactics: scripting your first 30...
Crossing Boundaries: When Team Building Goes Too Far
Sep 6, 202520 minS0

What happens when a manager's good intentions collide with spectacular misjudgment? Join us for an eye-opening conversation about a workplace nightmare that's almost too outrageous to believe.

We dive deep into a Reddit post that had us both gasping: a manager who hired their massage therapist—doubling as a "spiritual guide"—to lead a mandatory team-building workshop. The agenda? A full day of forced emotional vulnerability, guided healing practices, and group sharing of personal wounds... all in front of coworkers. This boundary-shattering disaster serves as the perfect case study for what NOT to do when trying to buil...
Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
