#79 Roswell: The Full Investigation | What Really Happened in 1947?

  Sep 30, 20262h 58m

In July 1947, something crashed in the New Mexico desert. The U.S. military initially announced that it had recovered a “flying disc” near Roswell, only to reverse course almost immediately and claim the debris came from an ordinary weather balloon. That explanation has never stopped the questions. In this Roswell Mega Episode , Paranormal Directive 13 brings together the entire three-part investigation into one long-form deep dive. We go back to the beginning and examine the events surrounding the 1947 Roswell incident, including Project Mogul, Mac Brazel and the debris he discovered, Major Jesse Marcel, the Roswell Army Air Field, the infamous weather-balloon explanation, conflicting witness accounts, the military's response, the later testimony of Roswell witnesses, and the evidence that has fueled decades of UFO speculation. But this isn't just a retelling of the familiar Roswell story. We'll separate what can be documented from what was reported decades later, examine the competing explanations for the debris, and look at the pieces of the story that continue to generate controversy. Was Roswell simply a classified Cold War balloon project that was misunderstood? Was the military covering up something far stranger? Or has the story become so tangled in decades of conflicting memories, changing accounts, government secrecy, and UFO mythology that the truth is almost impossible to separate from the legend? From the first reports in 1947 to the theories that continue to surround Roswell today, this is the complete Roswell investigation . The crash. The cover-up. The witnesses. The theories. The evidence. This is Roswell, from beginning to end. #78 The Trump Assassination Plots: Deep State Connections & The Secrets They Don't Want You to Know | Ken Silva

  Sep 23, 20261h 52m

What really happened during the assassination attempts against Donald Trump in 2024, and what did the official investigations fail to uncover? On this episode of Paranormal Directive 13, we sit down with investigative journalist and author Ken Silva, whose book The Trump Assassination Plots: What the Investigations Missed and Why It Matters examines the unanswered questions surrounding the Butler, Pennsylvania shooting, the Ryan Routh assassination attempt, FBI informants, government transparency, and the investigations into threats against the former president. Ken brings years of experience reporting on federal law enforcement, FBI confidential human sources, electronic surveillance, and civil liberties. Drawing on court records, Freedom of Information Act litigation, and official documents, he discusses the evidence, inconsistencies, and unanswered questions that continue to fuel public debate. In this wide-ranging conversation, we explore: The Butler assassination attempt: What happened on July 13, 2024, and the security failures surrounding Thomas Crooks. Secret Service response: Questions about the delayed sniper response, congressional testimony, and the accountability of those involved. The Ryan Routh assassination attempt: What investigators established and the unanswered questions surrounding his presence at Trump's golf course. FBI confidential informants: How informant operations work, where they can go wrong, and historical examples of government investigations. Government transparency and classified information: Why important records remain withheld and how secrecy affects public trust. MKUltra, COINTELPRO, and historical government operations: What documented past programs teach us about evaluating modern conspiracy claims. The Iran connection: Ken's analysis of claims surrounding an alleged Iranian assassination plot and how those claims relate to international conflict. The deep state and political violence: Distinguishing documented institutional structures from broader conspiracy theories. This conversation isn't just about Donald Trump. It's about government accountability, investigative journalism, classified information, political violence, and the public's right to understand what happened. Are the official investigations enough? What questions still deserve answers? And what happens when the people responsible for transparency are the same institutions under scrutiny? Listen now and make up your own mind. #77 Admiral Byrd Lied? The Dark Truth Behind Operation Highjump | Part 2

  Sep 16, 20261h 11m

For decades, the story of Admiral Richard Byrd and Operation Highjump has been used as evidence of a hidden world beneath Antarctica. A secret expedition. A massive American military force. Nazi bases buried beneath the ice. UFO battles. A mysterious hole at the North Pole. And a supposed diary describing Byrd’s journey into a warm world inside the Earth. But what happens when you follow the story back to the original documents? In Part Two of our investigation into Operation Highjump, we separate the real Antarctic expedition from the mythology that grew around it. We examine what Byrd actually said, the famous “flying objects” quote that was mistranslated, the mysterious diary that has no original manuscript, the origins of the Hollow Earth and Agartha legends, Nazi Antarctica claims, the alleged UFO battle, and the real reason the U.S. Navy pulled out of Antarctica. And then we follow the story even further. Because Operation Highjump didn't end with a mysterious defeat. The Navy went back. Again. And again. So how did a real 1946-47 military expedition involving 13 ships, 33 aircraft, and roughly 4,700 men become one of the biggest conspiracy theories of the modern era? The answer may be stranger than the conspiracy itself. Part Two of our investigation into Operation Highjump. The truth is buried in the documents. #76 Admiral Byrd: What Did He Find Beyond the South Pole? | The Land Beyond the Pole Part 1

  Sep 9, 202655 min

In 1947, Admiral Richard E. Byrd led one of the largest expeditions ever sent to Antarctica. Thirteen ships. Thirty-three aircraft. Nearly 4,700 men. Officially, Operation Highjump was a massive Antarctic exploration and mapping mission. But there’s another story. A story of aircraft disappearing into the Antarctic wilderness. Strange encounters in the sky. A flight beyond the South Pole. A land that shouldn’t exist. Mammoths. A hidden civilization beneath the ice. Nazi bases. Mysterious submarines. And a confrontation that supposedly forced the most powerful navy on Earth to retreat from Antarctica. Then there’s Byrd himself. Years later, he would speak publicly about an enormous unexplored region beyond the Pole, calling it the “center of the great unknown.” So what happened down there? In Part One of The Land Beyond the Pole , we're going to tell the legend exactly as it has been passed down for nearly eighty years. No debunking. No interruptions. No fact-checking. Just the story. Because sometimes the strangest part isn't whether a story is true. It's how the story came to exist in the first place. Part Two is where the investigation begins. #75 The Server Planet Theory: Are We Building an Alien Computer?

  Sep 2, 20261h 32m

What if the reason we're here isn't to mine gold, serve aliens, or suffer through some cosmic prison sentence? What if we're building something? In this episode of Paranormal Directive 13 , we take the familiar Prison Planet theory and flip it on its head. The old story says an advanced civilization came to Earth for its resources and used humanity as slave labor. But there's a problem: if a civilization is advanced enough to cross interstellar space, why would it need humans to dig holes with shovels? So what happens when you replace gold with something an advanced intelligence might actually value: computation ? We follow the rabbit hole from metallic asteroids and the ridiculous internet claims about their supposed value, to the explosive growth of AI data centers, enormous power demands, nuclear plants being brought back online, the water required to cool the machines, and the increasingly bizarre infrastructure we're building to keep artificial intelligence running. Then things get weird. Landauer's principle says computation has a fundamental thermodynamic cost. The aestivation hypothesis proposes that an advanced civilization might deliberately wait for the universe to become colder before doing its most important computation. Von Neumann probes suggest that self-replicating machines could theoretically spread across the galaxy without their creators ever needing to travel themselves. And suddenly, the Fermi paradox starts looking a little different. Maybe an advanced civilization wouldn't invade Earth. Maybe it wouldn't even need to. Maybe it would simply wait for a young technological species to industrialize, build the power plants, manufacture the chips, construct the cooling systems, connect the planet, and eventually create exactly what it needed. A planetary computer. There is no evidence that this is actually happening . In fact, by the end of the episode, we tear the theory apart and find some enormous problems with it. But the uncomfortable part is this: We're building the machine anyway. Maybe we're not living on a Prison Planet. Maybe we're living on a Server Planet.
