#35 Could Hidden Stress Be Creating a Crisis of Faith?
Jul 27, 202621 min
Are you doing everything you know to do—yet you still feel stressed and emotionally exhausted? Have you become so accustomed to carrying emotional pressure? Have you stopped paying attention to how you really feel? In this episode of Organize Emotional Stress with Angela Nicole, you'll discover why ignoring your emotional responses can quietly weaken your faith and increase your stress. Together, we'll uncover one of the hidden reasons many Christian women remain overwhelmed even while pursuing God. You'll learn: • Why stress overload can affect both your emotional and physical health • How fear often hides beneath frustration, impatience, and anxiety • Why being honest with God—and yourself—is the first step toward emotional healing Hi, I'm Angela Nicole—a Minister, Conflict Resolution Specialist, Stress Management Coach, and a woman who has walked this road herself. I reached a point where I realized that although I was trying to heal, my stress wasn't decreasing. Instead, I found myself becoming increasingly impatient and frustrated, especially in my parenting. That realization forced me to stop looking only at what had happened to me and begin asking a different question: "Lord, what is happening inside of me?" That honest conversation with God changed everything. If you've been feeling stuck, emotionally tired, or wondering why your faith doesn't seem as strong as it once did, this episode will encourage you to slow down, examine what's happening beneath the surface, and invite God into the places you've been afraid to face. This episode concludes with a time of prayer. I encourage you to pray throughout the week and ask God to reveal the hidden stressors, fears, or emotional wounds that may be affecting your faith, your peace, and your ability to move forward. If this episode encouraged you, please follow the podcast, leave a review, and share it with another Christian woman who may be silently carrying more than she realizes.
