Send us Fan Mail Amanda interviewed menopause coach Gaby about her journey into coaching and her REAL Method program for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause. Gaby shared how her own experience with competitive bikini fitness led to hormonal imbalances, including three years without a period and adrenal fatigue, which motivated her to create a more sustainable approach for women. She explained that her 3-month REAL Method program addresses the three key areas of nutrition, exercise, and mindset, focusing on working smarter rather than harder with exercises like deadlifts, squats, push-ups, pull-ups, and planks. Gaby provided specific tips including incorporating fiber and protein in every meal, going for gentle walks after eating, working out with compound movements, and avoiding coffee on an empty stomach. She noted that women typically lose 10-15 pounds in three months through her program, emphasizing sustainable changes over quick fixes, and shared that she's currently adding hypnotherapy and EFT therapy to her offerings to provide a more comprehensive approach. Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
