There's No One Way, Only YOUR Way
Aug 16, 202628 min
This episode is a solo reflection on discernment, self-knowledge, and the idea that no single framework can define who you are. We explore how tools like human design, astrology, somatics, mythology, and tarot can support self-discovery only when they are used as mirrors back to your own truth. The core message is simple: follow the threads that support you, question what feels rigid, and keep returning to what is authentic for you. We go Deeper on: The idea that there is no one right path, only your way, and that discernment is what keeps a practice personal instead of performative. The spiritual journey as a return to self, using the phrase coming back to ourselves as a through line for the episode. How frameworks should inform self-understanding, not trap you in a box or make you copy someone else’s interpretation. Distinguishing between being inspired by a teacher and unconsciously making their method your identity. Curiosity as a practice, asking repeatedly: How does this relate to me? and How am I using this to be more me? Connecting historical inquiry, especially around religion and the disappearance of the divine feminine, to a deeper understanding of conditioning rather than a reaction of anger alone. How many teachings, modalities, and symbols ultimately serve the same purpose: helping us deepen our relationship with ourselves and with life. Krista shares a reflective solo episode about curiosity, uncertainty, and why sitting with unanswered questions can bring you closer to your own truth. Let's explore how rushing for answers often pulls us away from self-trust, and why giving a question space can lead to more honest, aligned clarity. This episode is about learning to live with mystery instead of forcing certainty. Krista also introduces a new Telegram community built around exploring questions together, sharing what arises, and deepening the practice in community. We go deeper on: The idea of "living the questions" instead of demanding immediate answers. How modern life conditions us to lose curiosity and jump quickly to opinions, decisions, and external validation. Connecting curiosity to deeper self-relationship, saying that being curious helps us know ourselves more fully. How bigger life questions, like meaning, identity, and direction, are often rushed because people feel behind if they do not know the answer right away. How forcing an answer usually pulls us away from truth, especially when the answer is manufactured to satisfy urgency. How sitting in uncertainty is part of the practice, not a failure. How we're in a wider cultural shift, where more people are questioning old structures and choosing their own path rather than simply following rules. Distinguishing between sitting with a question and ruminating on it, saying the practice is about openness, presence, and letting synchronicities show up. In this episode, we explore the profound opportunity midlife presents for self-discovery, authenticity, and purposeful living. My conversation with Nic highlights that embracing your unique journey, trusting yourself, and cultivating curiosity are the keys to navigating this transformative phase with confidence. Nic Tierney is the founder of maison 1973, a digital magazine, publishing house and community exploring the life, style, stories and shifting desires of the Gen X woman. After nearly three decades working across design, brands and products, Nic created maison 1973 as a space for women who feel there is still so much to want, begin, build, question and become. Her work sits between storytelling, design, culture and conversation -with a deep belief that women in this chapter are far from done. We go deeper on: The myth that midlife looks the same for everyone and the importance of embracing individual trajectories How loss and life's challenges build resilience and deepen self-trust The power of curiosity over comparison in fostering a fulfilling life Discerning societal noise from personal truth and living authentically Reframing aging as a privilege rather than a threat The significance of unrolling the fabric of your life to appreciate your unique story Shifting focus from trying to stop aging to embracing momentum and growth The role of cultural perspectives in shaping women’s experiences with menopause and aging Trusting your gut instinct as the foundation of self-trust The importance of embodiment over performative authenticity The value of continuous learning and staying curious in evolving through midlife Go Deeper with Nic: masion 1973 Instagram Go Deeper With Krista Join Remember Your Rhythm Access the Free Telegram Community 1:1 Mentorship Instagram

Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
