Testing the 1% Rule: A Real-World Experiment
Aug 7, 20267 minS1
What if aging didn't have to mean decline? At 60, Dr. Brad Cooper is running a real-world experiment on himself: can he match—or even beat—his marathon and Ironman finish times from over a decade ago, without medications or TRT? In this episode, he lays out the data behind the "1% per year after 40" drop-off, why he's not willing to accept it as inevitable, and the two races that will put the theory to the test—the California International Marathon and Ironman Texas. He also shares the first hard lesson training in your 60s has already taught him. Whether you're an endurance athlete, an aging competitor, or someone who's been waiting to start something of your own, this is your invitation to stop blaming age for every setback—and to run your own experiment. Jun 2, 202611 minS1

The best part? It do...
All Things Don't Have to Be Equal - And That's the Point!
May 19, 202614 minS1
<p>You've heard the statistic: after 40, we lose roughly 1% of our muscle mass every year. Most people hear that number and quietly accept it — as if decline is simply what happens. But here's what almost nobody mentions: the four words that follow that stat in the research. Four words that change everything: "All things being equal."</p><p>In this episode of Not Done Yet!, Dr. Brad Cooper unpacks exactly what it means to refuse that condition — and how to shift your personal algorithm from passive decline to active ascent. Whether you're 45 or 75, the science is clear: it is never too...
Getting Unstuck: How to Trade Goals for a Clear, Personal Vision
May 5, 202613 minS1
<p>Every January, the list comes out. Lose the weight. Read more. Finally get in shape. And by February, it's quietly filed away — until next year. If that cycle sounds familiar, Dr. Brad Cooper has a confession: he used to be the guy who had a spreadsheet of goals hanging above his bathroom sink. Goals were his identity, his career, his livelihood. And then he discovered something that changed everything.</p><p>A clear personal vision is a far more powerful driver than goals. And here's the part that might surprise you most: when the vision is truly clear, any me...
Turning 60: A Personal Manifesto for Life's Second Half
Apr 27, 20267 minS1
<p>Turning 60 should come with a recliner and a slow fade into comfortable routine, right? Not a chance.</p><p>In this episode of Not Done Yet, host Dr. Brad Cooper marks his 60th birthday not with nostalgia or reflection alone, but with a declaration — a personal manifesto of seven commitments heading into his seventh decade. Equal parts honest, energizing, and unapologetically forward-leaning, this episode is for anyone in life's second half who still has fire in them and refuses to let "fine" be the final answer.</p><p>Brad opens with a rare moment of gratitude — acknowledging that none of u...

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
