Why Your Kid Still Won't Listen No Matter How Many Times You Say It with Dr. Siggie
Sep 29, 202636 min
New here? Start with our Start Here playlist, five episodes that will change how you think about motherhood. You validate your kid's feelings. You explain the reasoning behind every rule. And your kid still melts down anyway. In this episode, you'll learn: Why explaining the "why" behind a boundary doesn't get your kid to comply The real reason "how many times do I have to tell you" backfires every time How to validate your kid's feelings without caving to what they want The exact language to use during transitions like bedtime and screen time Why staying calm and confident, not permissive, is what actually helps your kid through a meltdown Resources mentioned in this episode: You Are the Parent by Dr. Siggie Cohen The Happy Mom Reset (free class) Ready to feel calmer and more confident in your parenting? Why You Keep Abandoning Yourself to Keep Everyone Else Happy with Jessica Anne Pressler
Sep 22, 202635 min
New here? Start with our Start Here playlist — five episodes that will change how you think about motherhood. If you've ever struggled with people pleasing and wondered why you put everyone else's needs before your own even when it's costing you, this episode is for you. Psychotherapist Jessica Anne Pressler joins JoAnn to talk about self-abandonment, the pattern of putting everyone else first until you disappear from your own life. They dig into where it starts in childhood, how it shows up as people pleasing and trauma bonding in adult relationships, and how to finally start trusting yourself again. In this episode, you'll learn: What self-abandonment actually means, and why most moms do it without realizing it Why your kids learn more from watching you take care of yourself than from anything you tell them What a trauma bond is and why it can feel like an addiction The gray rock method for dealing with someone who wants a reaction from you A simple script for talking back to the inner voice that keeps you stuck (Jessica calls it "the traitor within") Resources mentioned in this episode: Jessica Anne Pressler on Instagram Jessica's novel, Traitor Within, out now The Happy Home Ladder No Guilt Mom Inner Circle The Happy Mom Reset (free class) The Best Mom is a Happy Mom (JoAnn's book) No Guilt Mom podcast page Listen on Apple Podcasts Listen on Spotify No Guilt Mom on Instagram No Guilt Mom on YouTube Learn more about your ad choices. Why You Feel Powerless When Your Daughter Gets Dress Coded (And What Actually Helps)
Sep 17, 202629 min
If gentle parenting has you wanting to back your daughter up without shaking things up at school, but you're stuck on why she keeps getting dress coded in the first place, this episode is for you. New here? Start with our Start Here playlist — five episodes that will change how you think about motherhood. JoAnn goes solo this week on a topic she's been sitting with since her own middle school uniform battles: dress codes, and why they land so much harder on girls than boys. She pulls the research on where dress codes actually came from, what "self-objectification" does to a girl's brain and test scores, and ties it directly into this week's Sydney Sweeney ad backlash. Then she gives you the exact conversation to have with your daughter the next time she comes home dress coded. In this episode, you'll learn: Why dress codes were never really about safety, and where they actually came from The research showing it's girls' bodies, not their behavior, that dress codes target What "self-objectification" is, and how it can measurably lower a girl's test performance Exactly what to say (and not say) when your daughter comes home dress coded How to help her decide whether to comply or push back, in her own words Resources mentioned in this episode: The Happy Home Ladder — our family cooperation system The Best Mom is a Happy Mom by JoAnn Crohn No Guilt Mom website No Guilt Mom on Instagram Learn more about your ad choices. If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
