The Invisible Load
May 22, 202635 minS3

Send us Fan Mail

The heaviest parts of caregiving are often the parts nobody sees. We’re talking about the invisible load that parents and teachers carry every day, especially as the end of the school year ramps up with testing, deadlines, performances, and routines that feel like they’re fraying at the edges. If you’ve been walking around with a constant mental checklist, a tight chest, and that quiet worry that you’re not doing enough, this conversation is for you.

We share what this load looks like from both sides of the child’s w...
Summer Meltdowns: Navigating Emotional Regulation for Neurodiverse Children
May 30, 202517 minS2

Send us Fan Mail

Navigating summer with a neurodiverse child presents unique challenges that many parents don't anticipate. What should be a carefree season often becomes a minefield of emotional dysregulation when predictable routines disappear and sensory experiences intensify.

This episode explores why summer freedom can feel overwhelming for children with ADHD, autism, or sensory processing differences. Through the story of eight-year-old Ethan's water park meltdown, we unpack how the absence of school structure removes the "map" many neurodiverse kids rely on to navigate their world. When their already-taxed regulatory systems face unpredictability, sensory overload...
Band-Aids, Glasses, and Neurodiversity: The Equity Conversation Every Family Needs
May 2, 202516 minS2

Send us Fan Mail

Families raising neurodivergent children face unique challenges, especially when it comes to sibling relationships. The dynamics between neurotypical and neurodivergent siblings can be complex, often leading to comments like "Why does she get more time on homework?" or "How come he never gets in trouble for yelling?" These moments reveal a deeper need for understanding what fairness really means.

At the heart of this episode is a powerful paradigm shift: fair doesn't mean equal. Just as we wouldn't expect everyone in a family to wear glasses when only one person needs...

Send us Fan Mail

The ground beneath special education is shifting, creating ripples of uncertainty for families navigating IEPs and 504 plans. While headlines about regulatory rollbacks and changes to the Office for Civil Rights might provoke anxiety, understanding what's really happening gives us power to protect our children's educational rights.

The IDEA and Section 504 remain law, but their enforcement mechanisms face significant challenges. With over half of OCR regional offices closed since March 2025, remaining offices struggle with reduced staff and mounting case backlogs. Potential shifts of oversight from the Department of Education to Health and...
Calming the Storm: Mindfulness for Neurodivergent Kids
Apr 18, 202521 minS2

Send us Fan Mail

Mindfulness isn't just a buzzword—it's a powerful, science-backed approach that can transform how neurodivergent children manage their emotions. For kids with ADHD, autism, or sensory processing differences, emotional storms can feel overwhelming and uncontrollable. Their sensitive nervous systems often operate in fight-flight-freeze mode, making traditional behavior management techniques ineffective or even counterproductive.

What if there were simple, practical tools that could help your child recognize their emotions before they explode? What if they could learn to say "I need a break" instead of having a meltdown? This episode explores exactly th...

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
