As founders and directors, we often become the person everyone depends on. We answer the questions, solve the problems, carry the vision, and hold countless details together behind the scenes. But sustainable leadership isn't about becoming indispensable. It's about building a community where children, families, and educators all have room to grow. In this final episode of our August series, we're exploring what stewardship looks like in practice and why the strongest programs are built through shared leadership, trust, and healthy relationships.
