Manger de la viande, oui… mais laquelle ?
Toutes les viandes se valent-elles vraiment ? Pourquoi un saumon peut-il être un excellent choix… ou un beaucoup moins bon ? Et qu’est-ce que nos ancêtres du Paléolithique peuvent encore nous apprendre sur la façon de choisir nos aliments d’origine animale ? Dans cet épisode, on va croiser des steaks de fast-food, des vaches qui rotent du méthane, du mercure dans les grands prédateurs, des saumons norvégiens, des chimpanzés qui chassent, des pâturages, du gibier sauvage… et même quelques morceaux de plomb. Bref, tout un petit monde qui semble n’avoir aucun rapport, jusqu’à ce qu’on comprenne qu’entre deux produits qui se ressemblent dans l’assiette, il peut parfois y avoir un monde de différence.
