Episode #135
Ep. 135 Intrusive thoughts and how to quiet the storm in minutes Andrea Drops the Mic
Aug 27, 202637 min
You are so resourced, but only if you understand what's actually running the show in your head. This one cracks open intrusive thoughts: what they are, why you have them, and why they're not actually trying to ruin your life. Here's what we talk about in this one: Why intrusive thoughts feel like background noise stealing your energy, and how much time they're actually costing you A real voice memo pulled apart in real time: how "I'm the saddest girl who ever lived" becomes "I'm clearly not the saddest girl, I have too many life lotto moments" Princess OS vs. Queen OS, and how the single word "see" gives away which one you're operating from The "4-year-old guarding the gates" concept: why guilt, fear, shame, and anger are well-intentioned but badly equipped for the job they were hired to do What actually happens when you stop trying to silence intrusive thoughts and instead ask them what they're protecting Why upgrading the emotion (not suppressing it) is what restores presence, connection, and even libido What tends to shift for women by day 14 of doing this work consistently Remember, you are so resourced. Here are the ones mentioned in this episode: Ignite His Leadership — my masterclass on clearing the walls to receiving support Feminine Velocity — my program for making higher-impact choices with more leverage and less energy Leave me a voicemail HERE with your question for a chance to have it answered on a future episode! Ep. 134 I’m back. How I got my spark after feeling like a prisoner in my own body. My health, energy, & business coming back story Andrea Drops the Mic
Aug 24, 202657 min
I'm back after taking my first-ever podcast break, and I'm telling you exactly why. This isn't your typical "my business crushed me" comeback story. Mine is a health one. I'm opening up about a brutal year of severely low ferritin and thyroid levels that left me feeling like a literal prisoner in my own body (dead arms, brain fog, days I couldn't even lift my head) and the very real business fallout that came with it, including having to let a longtime team member go. I'm walking you through the exact protocol that brought my spark back: what I tested, what worked, what I wish a doctor had told me sooner, plus the emotional and energetic work I credit as the real turning point. Raw, honest, and packed with the pattern-recognition lens I want you to apply to your own energy dips, health-related or not. Here's what we talk about in this one: Why this comeback story is about health, not business burnout, and the hard financial and team decisions I made while my energy was crashing The eldest-daughter, hyper-independent patterns that made it hard for me to receive help, and how that showed up even with my partner My exact testing and tracking process: monthly at-home blood work, chasing ferritin and thyroid numbers instead of guessing The supplement stack that moved the needle (and the one thing no doctor told me about iron + caffeine) The energetic work with Jen from Soulful Footprints — heart wall releases and the thyroid session that turned things around almost overnight Why I believe you have to look at the physical, emotional, and energetic layers together when your energy tanks A preview of the new podcast season all about getting your spark back, including upcoming episodes on business "handcuffs," unworthiness, and knowing when a pattern (not the relationship or business) is really the problem Remember, you are so resourced. Here are the ones mentioned in this episode: Rhythm — at-home monthly blood work (use your FSA account if you have one) Heart & Soil — Anemia Stack Thorne — Basic Nutrients 2-A-Day multivitamin MTE — energy supplement Jen, Soulful Footprints — Heartwall sessions & emotion code work (code ANDREA10) Ignite His Leadership — my masterclass on clearing the walls to receiving support Feminine Velocity — my program for making higher-impact choices with more leverage and less energy Leave me a voicemail HERE with your question for a chance to have it answered on a future episode! If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
