87. Content We're Loving (Our Saved Folders)
Aug 17, 202643 min
We sat down to record this episode with zero notes. All we had was our Instagram saved folders and a lot of opinions lol We’re showing you exactly how we think in this episode, pulling up real posts and hooks that stopped our scroll and breaking down in real time why it worked and how you could make it your own. We're walking through single-image graphics, screenshot quote posts, and face-to-cam hooks. If you've ever wondered what's going on in our brains when we plan content, this is about as close as it gets! The girls discuss: ♡ Why having a clear point of view matters more than your follower count or years of experience ♡ Two simple exercises to figure out what your "thing" actually is ♡ Using screenshots, quotes, and idiomatic phrases to show personality without extra effort ♡ Why a repeatable series beats a one-time intro post ♡ Small visual and lighting tweaks that make your content more aesthetic — Subscribe to this show to stay up to date and get the latest episodes! 86. Marketing Girl Notes: The 4 Things I’ve Noticed That Make Staying Consistent Feel Easier
Aug 10, 202629 min
I recently realized that six of my last eight Instagram posts had one thing in common: eye masks. I didn't plan it or decide "eye masks are my brand now." I just kept documenting my mornings, and somewhere along the way, it became a pattern. This represents the point of this episode: the best content isn't created, it's noticed. Instead of sitting down and forcing an idea to appear, pay attention to what you're already doing and bring it into your marketing. So today (just Chelsea here!), I'm opening up my Notes app and walking you through the four things I come back to again and again when I need to get out of a content funk. I discuss: ♡ Why the best marketing is brought to life, not created from scratch ♡ How to notice what makes you consistent and lean into it ♡ Building momentum before motivation ♡ Capturing ideas in the moment (notes app, voice memos, camera roll, and more) — Subscribe to this show to stay up to date and get the latest episodes! 85. Get Ridiculously Good Leads on Instagram when you do These 5 Things
Aug 3, 202642 min
Chelsea just started watching the new Legally Blonde show on Prime, and there's a scene where Elle's mom tells her she can't succeed in a sea of gray. That line is basically our whole marketing philosophy, and it's the reason we've been saying "be the neon pink" for two years now. So today we're talking about what that looks like on Instagram, in practice, with real accounts of agents who are doing this well and standing out because of it. We're walking through the five things we see, over and over, in the content of agents becoming the go-to in their market. This is pulled from our Modern Agent Social Club members and the research we do every single day, watching what's actually working. Pick one, do it before 5 pm today, and you'll already be ahead of most of the agents in your market. The girls discuss: ♡ Getting dialed in on who we're actually talking to and why vague messaging repels more than it attracts ♡ Being local means noticing and documenting the life we're already living ♡ The power of our own photos and B-roll (and why faceless accounts don’t work) ♡ Documenting behind-the-scenes of our business to build professional trust ♡ Infusing our personality into our content, and why "boring makes billions" — Subscribe to this show to stay up to date and get the latest episodes! If we had a dime for every person who's told us they don't have time for social media...well, we wouldn't even need to work anymore! And we get it, because between showings and closings and everything else on your plate, social media can feel like just one more thing. If that's you, we're not here to guilt you into posting more. We're here to help you see why the thing that feels so hard right now could actually feel easy, once a few things are in place. The girls discuss: ♡ "I don't have time" is almost always a clarity problem in disguise ♡ How having a defined brand direction erases decision fatigue ♡ Why your camera roll is a better source of content ideas than scrolling Instagram ♡ The difference between documenting your life and creating content ♡ How to turn local outings into content that builds trust ♡ A realistic two-hours-a-week breakdown for photos, stories, face-to-camera content, and posting — Subscribe to this show to stay up to date and get the latest episodes! 83. How to be the Neon Pink in a Sea of Gray and Finally Sell More Houses
Jul 20, 202643 min
Chelsea once walked into her first brokerage meeting completely unaware of the group chat everyone else had apparently been in the night before about what to wear. Everyone showed up in suits, and she didn’t. So she went straight to Express and dropped $2,000 on skirts, blazers, and a couple pairs of heels from Aldo, just trying to look the part. Of course, it worked in the sense that she blended right in. But blending in is the exact opposite of what actually grows a business. In this episode, we're taking you back to where one of our favorite sayings, "being the neon pink in a sea of gray" started and breaking down what it means to stand out without losing your professionalism. The girls discuss: ♡ The difference between being unprofessional and just being human online ♡ Why copying someone else's brand doesn't work ♡ Three questions to help you find what makes you memorable ♡ The "COAST filter" (could other agents share this?) — Subscribe to this show to stay up to date and get the latest episodes! Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
