Facing the Dragon: A Mindfulness Journey with Vivienne Mathews
Aug 17, 202656 minS2
In this week’s episode, we walk with author and artist Vivienne Mathews through the Slavic Hero’s Journey — a path of dragons, mentors, deep courage, and the quiet work of healing. Together we explore what it means to live in a world where trauma exists without a culture willing to acknowledge it, and how the brain, body, and breath respond to that reality. Vivienne shares powerful insight into CPTSD, trauma, and the “madness of living in a world that makes no room for the pain of life.” We talk about how animals connect with our nervous systems, how movement supports emotional processing, and how breath can recenter us when the world feels heavy. Throughout the walk, we pause for three yoga stops designed to release tension, build strength, and reconnect with the body. We also explore the Skywoman Falling legend, and Wendy shares one of her favorite songs by The Narcissist Cookbook — a piece that reminds us how deeply our bodies love us. A few of Vivienne’s words that stayed with me: • “You need to keep watering your soul in the places you actually want the flowers to grow."• “I can’t go back and hold the hand of the person I used to be. But I can stand on her shoulders and reach for something higher — and that’s exactly what she wants me to do.”• “You’re not going to shrink the anger centers of your brain by yelling at them. You’re not going to soothe your soul by torturing it.”• “You don’t have any way of knowing when that life raft is coming. But I’m living proof that it’s going to.” Vivienne’s books & author page: https://www.amazon.com/stores/author/B00CDXP0VG Song shared in this episode: https://open.spotify.com/track/1feNzDvRrbouDTtMKW7rW3 Thank you for walking with us today, friends.Namaste.

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
