About this Podcast:

Welcome to Mind the Gap—the podcast with a British twist that simplifies the path to building a thriving residential real estate business, creating wealth & leaving legacies, falling in love with the power of passive income, and becoming the very best version of yourself. I’m Amanda Pohlman—a British Expat turned Northeast Ohio industry leader. Over the past 20 years in the real estate space here in NE Ohio, I’ve built a top 10 real estate Team in NE Ohio, led collaborative Realtor masterminds since 2022, raised my family here, and built a reputation grounded in community, collaboration, and realizing big dreams. Surrounding myself with people who challenge me has helped me think bigger, dream deeper, and achieve more than I ever imagined. Your environment matters! On this podcast, we’ll talk about real estate...of course—but we’ll also dive into the bigger picture. We’ll discuss market questions, share expertise, hear from innovators and mentors, and take on some of life’s hard truths. Real estate isn’t just about solving people’s problems—it’s about delivering the dream of homeownership and shaping the narrative of how real estate agents build last relationships in the communities we serve. Collaboration among agents, brokers, teams, and brokerages is where our industry shines, and together, we can elevate the standard for everyone. I'm launching free in person master classes in 2025 & offering more intentional masterminding & agent collaboration to purposefully grow every agents’ real estate businesses through the power of community ♾️ So join me on this exciting journey as we bridge the gap between where we are today and where our dreams can take us. ✨Let’s Mind the Gap together.
