  A 7-string solo guitar arrangement of a badass harp tune by Joanna Newsom This one is at least six years in the making, and even longer in imagining doing it. I almost got the arrangement to work in two other tunings before finding that I could play all the notes in AEADF#AE, albeit with some of them taken down an octave. Shout out to my pal Bolo for the expert mix.

  Bashy garage rock inspired by a microscopic image of butterfly wings and "This Is How You Lose the Time War," by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone. And romantic frustration, obviously. oh. All the guitars were recorded on an acoustic and then treated digitally because of circumstances. And I think they came out pretty damn good. Because I 'm not supposed to want you and I'm not supposed to call. No, I'm supposed to love myself first but I don't feel so at all. When I'm hiding in your seams where you bleed denim and cream and it isn't quite so stitched up as it seems. I'll be nesting in your eaves and I'll drink denim and cream and I'll lick these old wounds clean and scrub the scene. Because I'm not supposed to want you but I'm gonna anyway.
