It’s learning how to listen, understand, and respond without attacking . Healthy communication creates a safe place where both spouses can say: “This is how I feel.” “This is what I need.” “Help me understand you.” “I may not agree, but I want to hear you.” You cannot build oneness if you cannot communicate. ❤️ RESPECT — “I Value You” Respect means recognizing that your spouse is a person with feelings, thoughts, opinions, and needs that matter.
