Lucas and Luna examine the mechanics behind consumer decisions, from cognitive biases to emotional triggers and persuasion frameworks. Each episode dissects a specific behavioral trigger—scarcity, social proof, anchoring—and traces its application through real marketing campaigns by companies like Booking.com, Duolingo, and Patagonia. Lucas grounds the conversation in empirical studies and controlled experiments, while Luna challenges assumptions, questioning when a trigger becomes manipulation and how brands can ethically nudge without exploiting. The show avoids generic advice; instead, it walks listeners through the design of a single A/B test, the narrative structure of a high-converting landing page, or the neuroscience behind a color choice in checkout flows. Whether you're a product marketer, a copywriter, or a consumer curious about your own impulses, you'll leave each episode with a sharper understanding of why people click, buy, and stay—and the fine line between influence an

How The Endowment Effect Keeps You Buying
Sep 13, 202610 minS4
We explore why simply letting consumers hold a product dramatically increases their willingness to pay. Using the classic mug study and modern e-commerce returns data, we analyze how temporary ownership creates an emotional anchor that makes parting with an item feel like a loss. This episode breaks down the psychology behind try-before-you-buy models and why your brain values what it touches more than what it sees. #EndowmentEffect #ConsumerPsychology #MarketingStrategy #BehavioralEconomics #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #SalesPsychology #RetailTrends #CustomerExperience #DecisionMaking #LoseItOrLoveIt #ProductTesting #EcommerceTips #Neuromarketing #BuyerBehavior #RetentionStrategy #ValuePerception #FexingoMarketing Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
We examine the environmental psychology behind why you buy more at Trader Joe’s than Costco, using the concept of ambient cues. Lucas and Luna break down how lighting, music tempo, and spatial layout subconsciously dictate spending velocity. This episode explores specific case studies from retail design firms and behavioral economists who measure the impact of background scent on average transaction value. By September twelfth, twenty twenty-six, the shift toward experiential retail is accelerating, making these subtle triggers more critical for brand loyalty than ever before. #BehavioralEconomics #RetailPsychology #ConsumerBehavior #MarketingStrategy #EnvironmentalCues #SensoryMarketing #SpendingHabits #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #LucasAndLuna #Neuromarketing #StoreDesign #CustomerExperience #PurchaseDecisions #AmbientFactors #BrandLoyalty #ShoppingTrends #EconomicInsights Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Why do we value our own creations more than identical store-bought items? In this episode, Lucas and Luna explore the IKEA Effect, a cognitive bias where labor inflates perceived value. They examine how modern brands from Peloton to custom sneakers leverage this by making customers co-create products. With specific examples from furniture assembly to digital avatar customization, they reveal why effort creates emotional attachment—and when that strategy backfires on impatient consumers. #IKEAEffect #ConsumerPsychology #BehavioralEconomics #MarketingStrategy #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CognitiveBias #BrandLoyalty #CustomerExperience #ProductDesign #LaborValue #PersuasionTechniques #RetailTrends #DigitalCustomization #Peloton #NikeByYou #UserGeneratedContent #BusinessInsights Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
We examine how social proof influences consumer behavior, using the specific case of Amazon's review system and the 'people who bought this' algorithm. Lucas and Luna explore why we trust strangers more than brands, the role of verified purchases, and how businesses leverage community validation to drive sales without traditional advertising. #SocialProof #ConsumerBehavior #MarketingPsychology #AmazonReviews #OnlineShopping #TrustSignals #EcommerceStrategy #BrandCredibility #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #LucasAndLuna #MarketingTips #DecisionMaking #DigitalMarketing #CustomerTrust #ReviewSystem #PurchaseDecisions #BehavioralEconomics Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
We examine why the scarcity principle, while powerful for unknown products, often triggers suspicion when applied to established brands. Using the case of Apple's iPhone launch strategies and the shift from artificial shortages to genuine supply chain realities, we explore how consumer trust alters the effectiveness of 'limited availability' messaging. In September 2026, as markets stabilize post-pandemic supply shocks, understanding this nuance is critical for marketers who want to avoid the backlash of perceived manipulation. #MarketingPsychology #ScarcityEffect #ConsumerBehavior #BrandTrust #AppleStrategy #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #PersuasionTactics #SupplyChain #ConsumerTrust #MarketingEthics #DecisionMaking #BrandLoyalty #EconomicsOfTrust #LucasAndLuna #MarketingTips #BehavioralEconomics #DigitalMarketing Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
