Lucas and Luna turn the noisy world of startup marketing into a clear, numbers-driven conversation. Each episode examines one early-stage growth challenge — from zero-budget content strategies to founder-led LinkedIn plays — and dissects what actually moved the needle for companies like Superhuman, Webflow, and Morning Brew. Lucas brings the journalist’s instinct for what’s measurable (CAC, LTV, channel payback periods); Luna pushes for the scrappy tactics that work when your runway is short and your team is small. Together, they avoid hype and focus on repeatable frameworks: how to run a $500 Google Ads test, why a cold email sequence sometimes outperforms a million-dollar launch, or when to kill a channel that isn’t converting. This is for founders, first marketing hires, and anyone who believes good marketing is built on data, not billboards. The show doesn’t pretend there’s one magic playbook — it asks: given your stage and constraints, what’s the next right move?#StartupMarketing

How Startups Measure Growth Without Vanity Metrics
Oct 4, 202613 minS5
Most startup founders fall into the trap of optimizing for vanity metrics like total sign-ups or social media followers, which look impressive on a pitch deck but tell you nothing about real business health. In this episode, Lucas and Luna dissect why these hollow numbers are dangerous for early-stage growth and introduce the concept of 'actionable metrics' that actually predict revenue. They analyze how to build a simple dashboard focused on unit economics, activation rates, and net retention, using concrete examples from bootstrapped software companies that scaled sustainably without burning cash on empty traffic. The conversation moves beyond vague advice to specific frameworks for tracking what matters, helping founders stop chasing applause and start building profitable engines. #StartupGrowth #VanityMetrics #ActionableMetrics #UnitEconomics #Bootstrapping #SaaSMetrics #CustomerActivation #NetRetention #FounderLedMarketing #GrowthHacking #BusinessAnalytics #ProductLedGrowth #StartupStrategy #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #LucasAndLuna #EntrepreneurshipTips #DataDrivenDecisions Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

How Startups Scale With One Channel
Oct 3, 202612 minS5
Most startups try to launch on five channels at once and burn out. This episode dissects why focusing on a single acquisition channel, like organic search or direct sales, creates compounding efficiency while multitasking dilutes impact. Lucas and Luna examine the data behind single-channel dominance, the specific metrics that signal when to expand, and the common traps founders fall into when they feel pressure to be everywhere. Featuring analysis of early-stage growth patterns from Q3 2026. #StartupGrowth #SingleChannelStrategy #AcquisitionChannels #FounderMarketing #OrganicSearch #DirectSales #ContentMarketing #GrowthHacking #BootstrappedStartups #ProductLedGrowth #CustomerAcquisition #MarketingROI #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #EarlyStage #SaaSMarketing #DigitalMarketing #GrowthMetrics Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

Why Your First Ten Customers Should Be Your Only Marketing Channel
Oct 2, 202610 minS5
We dissect the 'Founder-Led Referral' loop, a specific growth mechanism where early-stage startups bypass paid acquisition entirely by turning their first ten users into active sales representatives. Using the case of a niche B2B compliance tool that hit product-market fit without spending a dime on ads, we explore how to design incentives that feel like community participation rather than transactional bribery. This episode breaks down the exact script founders should use in cold outreach and the psychological trigger that makes referrals stick in October 2026's crowded market. #StartupGrowth #FounderLedMarketing #ReferralLoops #EarlyStageStartups #CustomerAcquisition #B2BMarketing #GrowthHacking #ProductMarketFit #OrganicGrowth #CommunityBuilding #StartupStrategy #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #MarketingTactics #UserRetention #BootstrappedStartups #SalesScripts #WordOfMouth Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

Founder-Led Marketing That Actually Scales
Oct 1, 202610 minS5
Most startup founders treat marketing as a separate department to hire for later, but the most effective early growth comes from the founder directly engaging with customers. This episode examines why founder-led marketing creates an unfair advantage in trust and product-market fit, using concrete examples of how early-stage CEOs can build systems without hiring a CMO. We look at the specific mechanics of turning personal outreach into scalable brand equity. #FounderLedMarketing #StartupGrowth #EarlyStageStartups #ProductMarketFit #CustomerAcquisition #Bootstrapping #SaaSGrowth #DirectResponse #PersonalBrand #B2BSales #ContentStrategy #ColdOutreach #CommunityBuilding #LeanMarketing #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #Entrepreneurship #GrowthHacking Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

Why Your First Ten Customers Should Be Your Only Marketing Channel
Sep 30, 202611 minS5
Most startups burn cash on broad awareness campaigns before they have product-market fit. In this episode, we examine the 'First Ten' rule: why founding teams should personally onboard their earliest users to uncover hidden friction points that no analytics dashboard can reveal. We look at how early-stage founders can turn manual, high-touch customer success into a scalable growth engine by identifying the specific moments where value is actually delivered. If you are building something new, stop buying ads and start having coffee. #StartupGrowth #FounderLedMarketing #ProductMarketFit #EarlyStageStartups #CustomerSuccess #Bootstrapping #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #LeanStartup #ManualConcierge #UserResearch #GrowthHacking #SaaSGrowth #DirectFeedback #ValueProposition #StartupStrategy #MarketingTactics #LucasAndLuna Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
