Welcome to Mark In The Park — a podcast about life, not just Parkinson’s. Hosted by Mark Milow, aka MarkInThePark21 , this is a space where honesty meets optimism, and everyday moments matter just as much as the big ones. This week we have Parkinson’s Advocate, artist, speaker and Rock Steady Boxing lover Jennifer Crowder! Jennifer talks about the profound physical and social benefits of Rock Steady Boxing, and how Art plays an important part of her life. We also talk about the distinction between Success and Greatness, as well as the power of words spoken intentionally. You will love it! Jennifer’s Bio- Jennifer Crowder is a writer, artist, speaker, and passionate advocate for individuals living with Young Onset Parkinson’s disease. Through her storytelling, creative work, and public speaking, she raises awareness of the unique challenges faced by those diagnosed at a younger age, shedding light on both the emotional journey and the realities of daily life with Parkinson’s. A dedicated voice in the Parkinson’s community, Jennifer regularly participates in discussions, interviews, and podcasts to educate, inspire, and connect with others affected by the disease.
