Depression Doesn't Discriminate — One Man's Journey Managing Depression
Aug 21, 202627 min
Depression doesn't discriminate. Tony Scott is a radio professional, a man of color, and someone who has battled depression and come out the other side. On this episode of Man Listen, he sits down with Mark McCray to tell the truth about what it felt like, what it looked like, and what it took to get through it, including therapy, which Tony says changed everything. Two men in radio. From two different worlds. One honest conversation about the weight men carry when nobody is listening, and what happens when you finally let somebody in. This one is for every man who has been struggling quietly and calling it fine. Pop Goes the Self-Esteem — What the Balloon Trend Is Really Doing to Us
Aug 14, 202612 min
You've seen the videos. Someone walks down a line of singles and pops the balloon of anyone they're not interested in. Dramatic. Entertaining. Viral. But here's what nobody is talking about, the "Pop the Balloon" online dating format is essentially a public rejection machine. And neuroscience says rejection feels the same as physical pain. On this episode of Man Listen, we get into what these videos are actually doing...to the people in them, to the people watching, and to how we see ourselves and dating culture overall. We've turned rejection into content. And it's costing us more than we realize. Because your worth is not determined by who pops your balloon. You are more than what fits in a balloon. Is My Mind My Biggest Hater?
Aug 7, 202614 min
A Black man named Sebastien Vante wrote something this week that stopped a lot of people cold: "I am a Black man who struggles with anxiety and self-doubt, and I am learning, slowly and imperfectly, to stop treating my pain like a secret." If something in you just exhaled reading that, this episode is for you. On this episode of Man Listen, we talk about the things we do every single day, automatically, without thinking, that are quietly harming our mental health. Not on purpose. Unknowingly. Six habits that feel normal until you realize what they're actually costing you. Your mind can be your biggest hater. Or it can be your greatest ally. The difference is awareness. And it starts here. Is Your Identity Tied To What You Do and Not Who You Are
Jul 31, 202613 min
What’s the first question you ask when you meet someone new? So, what do you do? We all do it. And without realizing it, we use that answer to sort people — to decide how much respect they get, how much attention they deserve, how much they’re worth. And a lot of us have done the same thing to ourselves. On this episode of Man Listen, we dig into one of the most quietly damaging things we’ve accepted as normal — tying our identity to our occupation. What happens when the job changes? When the title disappears? And for Black men who have been systematically denied access to the positions society uses to assign worth — what does that double bind actually cost? You are not your job title. And it’s time to build something nobody can lay off. The Solo Slump - The Loneliness Epidemic Examined with a Mental Health Professional
Jul 24, 202633 min
Solo travel is a flex. Eating alone is self-care. Being unbothered is the goal. Not needing anybody is strength. But somewhere along the way...we celebrated ourselves out of community. And now somebody rings the doorbell and we check the camera and pretend we’re not home. The U.S. Surgeon General declared loneliness a public health epidemic. Studies show it carries health risks equivalent to smoking 15 cigarettes a day. And 15% of American men now report having zero close friends. On this episode of Man Listen, Mark and licensed mental health counselor Heather K. sit down to talk about the loneliness epidemic of 2026, how we got here, what isolation is actually costing us, and what real human connection looks like in a world that keeps telling us we don’t need anybody. We were not built for isolation. We were built for each other. See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info .

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
