In this episode of Make Your Passion Pay, I sit down with Kimberly Petschen, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), speaker, writer, and founder of Presents of Peace™, to explore whole-human leadership and the power of creating workplaces where people feel valued, heard, supported, and inspired to contribute. Meet Kimberly Kimberly Petschen is a restorative leadership coach, author, speaker, educator, and sacred-space facilitator whose work has been shaped by more than 35 years inside complex organizations and a lifetime of questioning how we might do things better. A former corporate executive and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she has supported more than 4,500 professionals across 25 Fortune 100 organizations and holds more than a dozen certifications spanning human development, business, and technology. Today, Kimberly brings these seemingly different worlds together through Presents of Peace™, the movement she founded to restore greater wholeness in how we lead, live, relate, and serve. Her work weaves systems thinking and human development with ancestral wisdom, spirituality, and her Wounds to Wisdom framework, creating experiences that help people understand the patterns shaping their lives and leadership and turn that awareness into meaningful change. Kimberly is the author of the forthcoming Letters to Leaders: Ancient Wisdom for Those Ready to Restore Our Humanity . For the past two and a half years, she has lived and worked from her RV with her Bengal cat and copilot, Benji, where she is also known as RavenHeart on the road and in sacred circles. Her unconventional path continues to explore the question at the heart of her work: How do we create lives of meaningful service without abandoning ourselves in the process?
