The “Already Booked” Identity That Changed My Business
May 11, 202615 minS1
Episode 44: The “Already Booked” Identity That Changed My Business In this episode of Magnetic & Messy , we’re talking about what actually shifted in my business when I stopped trying to get booked out and started thinking like someone who already was. I share what it looked like when clients dropped, income felt inconsistent, and my first instinct was to panic, overwork, and try to “fix” everything, and how that pattern was keeping me stuck in the same cycle. This episode breaks down the identity shift that changed everything, how your thoughts directly impact your actions and results, and why becoming the version of you who already has it matters more than constantly trying to chase it. What we talk about: What it actually felt like when my business was inconsistent and unstable Why panic thinking creates more inconsistency, not solutions The identity shift that changed how I showed up in my business What I stopped doing when I decided I was already fully booked How robotic affirming helped rewire my default thoughts Why repetition matters more than “believing it” right away How I built momentum through small, consistent actions The difference between forcing action vs. moving from alignment Why your reality shifts after your identity does — not before If you’re stuck in cycles of overthinking, inconsistency, or constantly trying to “fix” your business, this episode will show you what actually needs to shift, and how to start moving like the version of you who already has what you want. From Plateau to Pivot: Realigning My Business Identity
Apr 27, 202611 minS1
Episode 43: From Plateau to Pivot: Realigning My Business Identity In this episode of Magnetic & Messy , we’re talking about what it actually means when your business starts to feel heavy, disconnected, or like it’s just not working the way it used to, even if everything looks “fine” on paper. I share what it looked like for me when I hit a plateau, started avoiding things I used to enjoy, and felt stuck in a version of my business that no longer fit who I was becoming. This episode breaks down the difference between burnout and misalignment, how your identity shapes your business structure, and why sometimes you don’t need to burn everything down - you just need to evolve the version of you running it. What we talk about: What it really looks like when your business stops feeling aligned Why misalignment isn’t laziness or lack of discipline The identity gap between being an implementer vs. a CEO How your thoughts shape your business structure and results The questions I asked to realign my business direction What “halfway burning it down” actually looked like for me The thought shifts that changed how I showed up Why you’re allowed to outgrow your current version of success If your business feels heavy, frustrating, or like you’ve outgrown it, this episode will help you understand why, and what to shift next without starting over. Disidentifying from the Ego: How To Handle Negative Thoughts
Apr 13, 202616 minS1
Episode 42: Disidentifying from the Ego: How To Handle Negative Thoughts In this episode of Magnetic & Messy , we’re breaking down what to actually do when negative thoughts pop up, without spiraling, overthinking, or making it mean something about you. I walk you through why negative thoughts don’t mean you’re doing anything wrong, why they show up even more when you’re shifting your identity, and how most people accidentally reinforce them without realizing it. The real shift isn’t getting rid of negative thoughts - it’s learning how to disidentify from them so they stop having power over you. This episode gives you a simple, repeatable way to handle those moments in real time, so you’re not stuck in loops or questioning yourself every five minutes. What we talk about: Why negative thoughts are just old subconscious patterns, not truth How your brain prioritizes familiarity over success Why your reaction matters more than the thought itself How overthinking and emotional spiraling reinforce old identity What it actually means to disidentify from the ego How to pivot into the identity you’re choosing instead Using simple, repetitive thoughts to support the shift The science behind rewiring your brain through repetition Why negative thoughts don’t need to disappear to lose power If you’ve been stuck in cycles of overthinking, doubt, or feeling like your thoughts are controlling your reality, this episode will show you how to take your power back without fighting your mind. The Identity Shift That Took Me from Burnout to Flow & Balance
Mar 30, 202615 minS1
In this episode of Magnetic & Messy , we’re talking about the identity shift that took me out of burnout and into a way of working that actually feels sustainable, clear, and aligned. For a long time, I thought burnout was just part of being ambitious, like if I wasn’t doing more, pushing harder, or constantly working, something was wrong. But that mindset wasn’t truth, it was conditioning. We break down where that programming comes from, why overworking can feel safe (even when it’s draining you), and what actually changed in my business when I stopped tying success to struggle. I also walk you through how I shifted from relying on motivation to anchoring into identity, how I use simple, repetitive thoughts to reprogram my default patterns, and how I started approaching my days in a way that creates flow instead of pressure. What we talk about Why burnout isn’t a personality trait - it’s learned programming How hustle culture and generational beliefs shape how we work Why being busy can feel “safe” and slowing down can feel uncomfortable The identity shift that changed how I operate day-to-day Why identity matters more than motivation How I use simple, repetitive thoughts to shift my baseline Moving from overwhelming to-do lists → intentional, aligned days Handling “I should be doing more” thoughts in real time Why burnout is feedback, not something to push through If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of doing more, pushing harder, and still feeling drained — this episode will help you shift how you think, work, and show up in a way that actually supports your next level. When Motivation Dies: How to Get Out of a Rut & Realign Your Life & Business
Mar 2, 202612 minS1
Episode 40: When Motivation Dies: How to Get Out of a Rut & Realign Your Life & Business In this episode of Magnetic & Messy , we’re talking about what’s actually going on when you feel stuck, unmotivated, or like your business (or life) just isn’t clicking the way it used to. We break down what a “rut” really is, and why it doesn’t mean you’re lazy, broken, or falling behind. More often than not, it’s burnout, misalignment, or stagnation… and trying to think your way out of it usually just makes things worse. I walk you through how to tell the difference between something that’s hard vs. something that’s no longer right for you, why motivation dropping is actually feedback (not failure), and how your thoughts + identity can keep you stuck longer than your circumstances ever could. What we talk about What a rut actually is (and why it’s not a personal failure) How to tell if you’re burnt out vs. out of alignment Why motivation drops, and why that’s not the enemy How your self-talk reinforces stuckness on autopilot Simple subconscious shifts to stop fighting the feeling Tactical ways to get back into momentum (without blowing up your life) Planning your days when you’re low-energy How to adjust your routines, environment, and priorities intentionally If you’ve been waiting for motivation to magically come back… this episode will help you move first so clarity can follow. Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.

Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
