Mentorship with Big Mike Coyle: Nobody Gets There Alone
Sep 30, 20261h 7m
What happens when a 51-year-old retired cop laces up his cleats, walks onto a field full of grown men still searching for purpose, and realizes the game is about something much bigger than football? In this episode: β’ Why Big Mike Coyle walked away from 21 years in law enforcement and straight into an adult contact football league β and what that room revealed about mentorship, identity, and purpose β’ The three things nobody tells you about mentorship, drawn from his live talk and the hard lessons of building The Mentor Sessions podcast β’ Why hoarded wisdom is wasted wisdom: the difference between squirrel-for-winter thinking and the backyard barbecue model of sharing what you know β’ What it actually takes for mentorship to work β and why the person receiving it carries more responsibility than most people want to admit Big Mike Coyle spent 21 years in law enforcement, including work in gang enforcement and court services, before retiring and founding The Mentor Sessions podcast. Built around one core question β not what made you successful, but who did β the show is now moving into a book drawn from Season One. He also owns and coaches the Treasure Valley Rams, a semi-pro adult football team, where mentorship stopped being a concept and became a daily practice. Priscilla Knoble - Adobe: Why Localization Gets You In the Door, Culturalization Keeps You There
Sep 30, 20261h 3m
What if the reason users abandon your product isn't the price, the features, or the competition β but the fact that it was never really built for them in the first place? In this episode: β’ Why localization gets you in the door, but culturalization is what drives long-term loyalty β and how Priscilla draws the line between the two inside a 44-year-old software company β’ The internal argument that actually moves engineers and product managers to build differently before a product ships, not after β and why data from individual countries changed everything β’ Where AI hits a hard ceiling in culturalization: the chopstick problem, the subway problem, and why a model trained on the world still doesn't know how Japan holds its chopsticks β’ What it looks like when a company is awash in usage data but nobody is slicing it by country β and the analytics team Priscilla built to fix that Priscilla Knoble is Senior Director of International Strategy and Product Management at Adobe Creative Cloud, where she has spent three decades building the case β and the business infrastructure β for software that doesn't just speak a user's language but reflects how they actually work. She grew up bilingual in rural Japan, earned a master's in reading education from the University of Washington, and came to software through a hallway conversation and a job offer she didn't see coming. She also founded Stitch Publications, translating Japanese quilting books into English bestsellers β which, it turns out, is the same instinct wearing different clothes. Sammy Gebele: No Pitch in the Room β How SAWOO Sells Without Selling
Sep 30, 202659 min
What happens when you put the right senior buyers in a room, ban the pitch, and let trust do the selling? Sammy Gebele has built that model across 17 cities and 6 countries β bootstrapped from a small town in Bavaria. In this episode: β’ How SAWOO enforces a strict no-pitch rule while the sponsoring B2B company is physically in the room β and why that tension is the whole point β’ The trust formula Sammy uses to turn senior executives into warm, qualified leads without a single cold email β’ Why 10β30% of event attendees becoming leads is healthy, and what it means when that number goes higher β’ The honest qualifier: who community-led access is NOT right for, and why SAWOO has turned clients away Sammy Gebele is the Founder and CEO of SAWOO, a bootstrapped community-led growth company headquartered in Munich, Germany. He built SAWOO to give B2B companies recurring, trusted access to C-level executives across 17 cities in Europe and North America. Sammy leads a team of 35 and has scaled the model without venture capital by letting the communities recruit themselves through ambassadors rather than cold outreach. Nitin Khanna | Built to Sell: Construction M&A & Exit Strategy
Sep 28, 202650 min
Most construction owners spend decades building a business β and then discover, too late, that what they built was a job, not a company. The gap between profitable and transferable is where value disappears. In this episode: β’ Why a profitable construction business is not automatically a sellable one β and what transferable value actually requires β’ The three things that must all be ready at once for a deal to close: the market, the business, and the owner β’ What buyers find in due diligence that sellers never expected to be a problem β and how it quietly kills deals β’ Why private equity is pouring into Canadian construction now, and what that wave means for founders who haven't planned their exit Nitin Khanna is the Founder and President of N3 Business Advisors Inc., Canada's leading M&A advisory firm focused exclusively on the construction industry. Before building N3, he worked inside the industry at Carillion Construction and Aecon, then crossed to the capital side at TD Bank Group. He holds the CFA designation and has spent 16 years helping construction founders exit on their own terms. Sonal Bahl: What the Hiring Side of the Table Won't Tell You
Sep 28, 20261h 5m
Most career advice comes from people who have never decided who gets the room. Sonal Bahl has β and she's here to tell you exactly what that side of the table sees. In this episode: β’ What GE and PwC actually look for when identifying high-potential talent β and why the people who get overlooked almost always share one trait β’ The real cost of waiting until the roof is on fire before investing in your career positioning β’ The exact tactical moves a senior professional should make when their category is being disrupted by AI β’ Why "founder" has become the most glamorized and misunderstood title in the market β and what emotionally intelligent career growth actually looks like inside an organization Sonal Bahl is the founder of Supercharge, a career advisory firm serving senior professionals on every habitable continent. A former HR Director with over twenty years inside organizations including GE Capital and PwC, she now coaches executives navigating layoffs, stalled trajectories, and major career pivots. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
