LifeJenerally is an unscripted, conversational podcast hosted by two longtime friends, Jen Lofstrom and Jen Tran, who use humor and straight-talk to unpack the chaos, absurdity, and growth that comes with mid-life. Each episode jumps across topics—entertainment, everyday observations, self-improvement, personal reinvention, and whatever else life throws at them. The tone is blunt, funny, and relatable. The show blends storytelling, real-world reflection, and self-discovery without pretending to be an authority. It’s targeted toward women (or anyone who identifies as a woman) navigating career shifts, aging, relationships, identity changes, and the general “WTF is happening” moments of adulthood.Bottom line: two friends processing life out loud — honestly, humorously, and without limits.

Mentorship 101: Finding, Being, and Keeping a Good Mentor with Andrew Liebchen
Aug 20, 20261h 34mS1
This week Jen Squared sit down with senior product designer Andrew Liebchen to talk mentorship, and why it might be the thing missing from your job search. Andrew tells the story of the professor who first showed him what a mentor could be. Jen Tran talks about what it's actually feels like on her end lately in her job search: the ghosting, the ache of watching other people land offers, the way job hunting starts to feel like dating but somehow WORSE! Somewhere in there they get into how AI is changing what junior designers need to know, and why, over and over, the people who've actually gotten hired say it came down to knowing someone, not sending in an application. Besties, whether you're looking for a mentor or thinking about becoming one, this episode's got something for you. It's a full moon, it's Aug-tober, and Jen Squared is bringing in the campfire — because everyone needs one when you've got ghost stories and 100% humidity? This week, Jen T. reunites with her former podcast co-host and longtime friend Ross Amador (What's Up, UX?!) for a spooky-funny roundtable of real paranormal experiences. And bestie, some of these hit different after midnight. So, pull up a chair and we hope you are not fighting the humidity, bestie. No campfire needed, just ears. Besties, we're trying something new — book club is officially in session! This week we're diving into Dungeon Crawler Carl by Matt Dinniman (book one), and we brought in an expert: our cousin, aka Dungeon Crawler Cali herself. We break down the premise (yes, it's as bizarre and brilliant as it sounds), debate whether Carl is the platonic ideal of the "capable male" trope, unpack Princess Donut's arc as a sneaky-sharp satire of influencer culture, and get into whether the book's corporate villains are scarier because they're desperate rather than evil. Plus: audiobook vs. physical read, who this book is actually for, and why you shouldn't judge it by its cover. Spoilers are contained to book one only — safe to listen even if you haven't started the series. If you want to get a copy of Dungeon Crawler Carl or the Audible you can find it here: https://amzn.to/3TIXRNI To listen to the Jeff Hays’ work and company got to https://soundbooththeater.com/ To find Dungeon Crawler Cali: Instagram: @cali_loves_cali or visit her at www.tenderbeesdoula.com ☕ Support the Life Jenerally Podcast: buymeacoffee.com/lifejenerally Find us: Email us: lifejenerally@gmail.com Instagram: @life.jenerally Facebook: Life Jenerally Podcast
Inside Mall World: The Viral Dream Everyone's Having
Jul 30, 20261h 39mS1
Have you ever dreamed of a mall that doesn't exist... but somehow feels exactly the same every time you visit it? This week, Jen Squared dives into "Mall World" — the viral collective-dream phenomenon where thousands of strangers online report visiting the same eerie, liminal shopping mall in their sleep. Jen Tran and Jen Lofstrom are joined by guest Lindsey Robinson to unpack the internet rabbit hole of Mall World, the Backrooms, and the strange dream spaces that keep showing up across Reddit and TikTok. The conversation ranges from personal dream experiences and GATE program flashbacks to a detour into MK Ultra and government experiments — because apparently one rabbit hole always leads to another. Besties, come for the dream theories, stay for the "reindeer are real" debate. ️ Follow along and tell us — have you been to Mall World? Jen Squared sits down with Jen Tran’s longtime friend David Pardo for a wide-ranging, no-holds-barred conversation about growing up Mormon — busting stereotypes, unpacking church history, and answering the questions besties have always been too polite to ask out loud. From race and the Book of Mormon to missionary life, polygamy's complicated legacy, gender roles, and how reality TV gets Mormon culture wrong (or right), this one covers a lot of ground. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
