When commitment becomes attachment, and how to know when to continue, change or let it go. Perseverance is often treated as an unquestioned virtue. But continuing with a goal is not always a sign of resilience, sometimes it is driven by sunk cost, fear of judgement or attachment to an outdated definition of success.
