"Hustle is a Season, Not a Lifestyle with Chris Ducker" - 204
Sep 4, 202554 minS7
Today I'm so excited to welcome back a friend and fellow entrepreneur who has been leading and serving in this space for many years, Chris Ducker. In our conversation, we explore what it means to be a longhaul leader, including how to stay resilient when the journey feels tough, and the habits and strategies that allow us to work smarter while also living better. Chris and I have crossed paths many times over the years, including when I was a guest on his Youpreneur podcast after publishing She Builds: The Anti-Hustle Guide to Grow Your Business and Nourish Your Life. One of the things he said that has always stuck with me is: "Hustle is not a lifestyle. It's a season." That wisdom feels so connected to what we're diving into today. Chris is a serial entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and bestselling author of Virtual Freedom and Rise of the Youpreneur. As the founder of three multi–7-figure businesses throughout his 22-year entrepreneurial career, his newest book, The Longhaul Leader: 10 Strategies to Work Smarter, Live Better, and Achieve Lasting Success, speaks directly to what it takes to build something meaningful—not just for a season, but for the long run. What you'll hear (and don't want to miss!): :: Tips for implementing habits and rituals that reduce cortisol, stress, and anxiety for the long term :: How Chris's relationship with hustle culture has changed and why he now believes it's a season, not a lifestyle :: Why "Upgrading Your Batteries" is a crucial strategy for protecting and manifesting more energy :: How staying in your Zone of Genius can help you manage time and delegate tasks effectively as a leader :: The magic that happens when you build intention into your daily schedule, with examples from Chris's own life You can find the full show notes from this episode over at jadahsellner.com/204
"The Art of Holding Grief & Joy: An Update on Life, Love & Business" - 203
Aug 28, 202540 minS7
In this solo episode of the Lead with Love® Podcast, I'm inviting you into a heart-to-heart update: what's unfolding in my life and business, and the practices that are helping me sustain in a season of big transitions. From sending Zoe off to college (hello empty nest), celebrating milestone birthdays and anniversaries, to holding joy alongside grief in a world that feels tender, this year has been full. I'll share behind-the-scenes glimpses, the rituals that keep me nourished, and reflections you can use to simplify, reset, and reimagine what's next for you. What you'll hear (and don't want to miss!): Some of mine and my family's big life updates and how these back-to-back milestones transitions can lead to both exhaustion and immense celebration What I'm doing to find ways to replenish and gather with safe people to withstand uncertainty and heartbreak Why self-care is such a powerful business strategy and how it has allowed me to hold both grief and joy at the same time What can happen in life and business when you simplify and release what feels heavy or complicated Why we have many "marriages" in a lifetime, and how George and I have fallen in love with the evolving versions of each other over the years we've been together A reminder that we need to slow down, turn down the noise, and reconnect with our own voice to navigate life My hope is that this episode feels like a deep breath and a reminder: you can honor the fullness of your life, sustain your vision, and still lead with love. "Defining "Enough" and Reflecting on She Builds' First Year" - 201
Dec 20, 202345 minS6
This week, I'm sharing a behind-the-scenes peak of my book being out in the world for one year. In this Lead with Love podcast episode, you'll hear a fun conversation with one of my closest friends Nikki Elledge Brown where I share the lessons I learned and what "enough" really means to me. Nikki is a mom of three known online for her practical teaching style and refreshingly honest reflections on the realities of parenthood and entrepreneurship. She's a speaker, teacher, author, and mentor who quickly built a name (+ highly profitable business) for herself by helping service-based business owners communicate with clarity and confidence through her first online program, A Course About Copy®. Nikki launched the Naptime Empires® podcast (soon to be book!) for entrepreneurial moms chasing big dreams and tiny humans. You can find her most recent musings in her audio-note-style On Her Terms podcast or over at nikkielledgebrown.com What you'll hear (and don't want to miss!): :: How a co-working session with Nikki led to the recording of this episode and the intention we both have by sharing my book lessons and reflections :: A few of the highlights from my first year of being a solo published author and how my goals and pace with this book differ from those of other authors :: The feedback I'm getting on what has resonated the most with people who read She Builds :: What I have done to establish a sustainable pace when bringing She Builds to the world and a closer look at my quarterly planning process that I share in the book :: A sneak peek at what's on the horizon for me in 2024 and how I plan to grow the She Builds Collective, all while ensuring it remains a cozy and intimate space for everyone who joins You can find the full show notes from this episode over at jadahsellner.com/_201 Grab a copy of She Builds: shebuilds.com or shebuilds.com/audible Learn more about The Collective: jadahsellner.com/collective

In today's Lead with Love conversation, I get cozy with Michelle Courtney Berry who is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, wellness coach, workplace trainer, keynote speaker, outdoor fitness leader, and author of Keeping Calm in Chaos. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
