She also skips the vanilla glaze on top. DRINK: Sarah made a cozy October coffee October Coffee recipe: Start by whipping up a couple of cups of whipping cream depending on how many drinks you’re making. In whatever mug or glass you choose, pour 1tsp up to 2T of brandy, depending on how stiff you want your coffee. Dollop a generous heap of sweetened homemade whipping cream into your glass, pour hot coffee on top from a distance high enough above your glass to mix it. Sprinkle a little salt on the floating whipped cream and a sprinkle of turbinado sugar.
