In the conclusion of his latest sermon series, Pastor Daniel Strosnider draws from Mark 1:21-28 and Luke 10:17-19 to deliver a clarion call on spiritual authority — declaring that every believer who has surrendered to Jesus Christ carries the Kingdom of Heaven within them and therefore has been given divine authority over the powers of darkness, not just pastors or ministry leaders. Using the story of Jesus casting out a demon in the synagogue at Capernaum and calming the storm in Mark 4, Pastor Daniel reveals a foundational truth: Jesus never reacted to the enemy in fear — He responded from a deeper reality of heaven — and believers are called to do the same, because what is inside us can become manifest outside of us. With fire and clarity, he challenges the church to stop waiting to feel qualified, impressive, or spiritually mature enough to exercise authority, because maturity doesn't give you authority — surrender does — and the only difference between ordinary believers & giants of the faith was that they found out who they were in God and believed it.
