Damals gab es in Seiner Verwandtschaft Einen, der Ihm die Welt der elektronischen Musik näher brachte mit Eigenproduktionen. Mit dem 15. Lebensjahr entschloss sich jedoch Kai, sich für das Djing zu begeistern. Angefangen hat alles daraufhin mit dem Kauf Seinem ersten DJ Set bestehend aus 2 Turntabels und einem Battlemixer. Der Style zur damaligen Zeit bezog sich auf die Härtere Gangart wie Hard Trance, Hardcore und Schranz. Aber Kai war nicht lange alleine in der Region. Er lernte den ebenfalls Techno Orientierten DJ `Thomas Stürzer´ kennen. Bald darauf folgten Bookings in der Region. Auch eine Gründung eines DJ Teams mit dem Namen "Resurrection DJs" haben Sie auf die Beine gestellt. 2000 und 2004 erschien jeweils ein gemixter Doppelsampler von Kai und Thomas mit dem Namen "The Homesession Housear
