Human well-being stems from a sense of connection to others and to the world around us.

Ethics are embedded in how we behave regardless of what we claim in our words. We demonstrate them for all to see.

No matter how dedicated we are when we set out on a commitment, we occasionally must re-engage and renew our commitments.

Kindness is the act of doing something, anything — no matter how small — that we perceive will make someone else’s situation better.

I find balance and rhythm in exploring this interdependence, my wholeness, as one finite soul in relationship with all that surrounds me.

Newness of life is tinkering with possibilities instead of being locked into already defined rules and forms.

When people see us coming our energy vibration precedes us. Do those vibrations make others want to come near, or make them want to run away?

Waiting until all conditions are perfect before beginning will doom the project the project to never getting off the ground.
