Ming Tien: Lignin Degradation, Biochemistry, Science
<p>Ming Tien is Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry at Penn State. Tien researched biomass, cellulose, and lignin degraded. Ming Tien worked with T. Kent Kirk to discover the first lignin degradation enzyme, an enzyme found in a fungi.</p><p></p><p>Paper discussed is Strong Inferences by John R. Platt.
