deadlybride Interview | Writing Supernatural Fanfiction Slowly, Then All At Once
Sandra and Kasey sit down with deadlybride, a Wincest fanfic author whose 260+ AO3 works span over a decade of Supernatural fandom devotion. Discover what draws writers back to Dean and Sam Winchester, explore fanfic recommendations from the conversation, and hear how one author's "write slowly, then all at once" ethos has shaped her legacy in the fanfiction community. You can find Liz on AO3 and tumblr . References (notes by Liz): Here was that old wincest rec tumblr that I followed back when I was first getting into the fandom: https://wincestreading.tumblr.com/masterpost . Organized by trope, with fics mostly of the pre-2012ish period, so some may not have made the leap to AO3. Worth going through! Here's the J2 AU rec list where my eyes were opened, so old I had to get it on the Wayback Machine: https://web.archive.org/web/20220828123917/https://sites.google.com/site/j2authemedficrecs/ . Lots of fun classics there. And here's my buddy nige's fic, which is SO fun and I think everyone should read it. :) https://archiveofourown.org/works/15476913 ~~~ We're taking you for a spin in Baby's backseat.
